This space is ideal for business travelers and couples. For your convenience we provide light snacks and coffee. We offer two large 50+ inch Smart TVs. We also offer Fiber internet to stream your favorite shows. Our goal is to make you feel as if you are in your home away from home.

We provide plenty of dishes and cookware if you want to eat in for a night. Plenty of fresh linens, blankets, fluffy pillows, and luxury towels are supplied. Historic building built in 1903 on the site of President Polk’s home. One of the city`s oldest high-rise. Located in the Arts District in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to Broadway, Nissan Stadium music City center.

Note washer/dryer is provided as a shared service for our building owners and guests at an additional cost. It is located in the basement level of the building.
