Carriage House on Music Row C

Completely updated! Newly remodeled carriage house behind Historic home located on Music Row close to downtown Nashville. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The property was once owned by Country Music legend Chet Atkins. Only a couple of blocks from Vanderbilt, and close to restaurants, bars, museums, and all Nashville has to offer. Free parking in the alley behind the unit.
The space
Lots of room! Large fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, full-size refrigerator, full-size range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. The family room has a Wifi connected Smart TV (Roku and other free apps installed, bring your own favorite paid streaming channel).

We have a pull-out couch in the largest bedroom for overflow sleeping but be aware the mattress is not very thick and may not be comfortable for large humans.
Guest access
Self-check-in with electric lock codes, to ensure safety for all guests. Full access to the entire unit, no shared spaces.
Other things to note
Free private parking is located off the alley behind the unit. Street parking on the main street is available on an unlimited basis between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 am, limited to two hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. We have other nearby parking options if you need them for overflow vehicles, just ask.

Quiet neighborhood in the Vanderbilt University area. Several restaurants within walking distance. Parking onsite, but was convenient to use ride-share services to other parts of the city (we did not have a car during our stay).

Everything was terrific! The only thing I would say is that it requires a little tweaking for 6 people. There is a bench in the bedroom that can be used at the table. Also, in the cold months you might need a few more blankets/bedding if you had 6 people. But for 4 this place is perfect! Location is terrific. Communication and service was great!

Absolutely perfect stay. The unit is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Beds are comfortable. My sister and I met up here to visit Nashville. The location was convenient and had several great restaurants that we walked to in the evenings. The location is quiet and safe. And the host was extremely responsive and helpful in telling us where my sister could park as the unit only comes with one parking space. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed here so our daughter could attend a few days of Vanderbilt’s volleyball camps. This was nice and close driving-wise for us. It was also less expensive and more spacious than having to get a hotel room for five. This worked out so well for us and we’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic day.

This is such a perfect location when visiting Nashville. You can see everything you want to see without even hopping on a freeway. Everything was clean and restful. Recommend this property for a great Nashville trip.

Great place to stay, walking distance to almost everything

We enjoyed our stay. Walked to Music Row, Vanderbilt University, great places for brunch every morning, etc. Quick Uber ride to downtown. Place was very clean and serviceable inside. No complaints whatsoever.

Charming Carriage House

This charming little carriage house property was perfect for our weekend stay! It was super clean, the linens and towels all crisp, clean, and white! Plenty of seating with the couch and chair in living room. Table for four to eat on. It has an adorable little coffee bar with two coffee makers and even had k-cups there for you to use. Kitchen was adequately stocked. The beds were comfortable and while there was only one bathroom each bedroom had full sized mirrors on the back of the door and over the dressers to use to get ready. The night stand had ports and plugs which was nice! There was a couch in one of the bedrooms that had a pullout which would be nice if you needed more space. The host contacted me before check in letting me know the rental was cleaned and ready early if we wanted to check in early. We rent a lot of VRBO rentals and never has a host went out of the way to contact us to let us know we could check in early so that was really nice! It’s a very clean and cute rental and we would stay there again! It does have stairs to the unit so just something to keep in mind if navigating stairs is difficult for you. All communication from the host was positive and loaded with clear details and information.
