Tucked away beneath a beautiful old tree, this thoughtfully curated space offers everything you need for a relaxing stay — from its inviting interiors to its private outdoor oasis with a jacuzzi. Just a short walk from Wilton Drive and minutes to Fort Lauderdale’s beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, it’s the perfect hideaway for those who appreciate charm, comfort, and a touch of luxury.



Inside, the living room welcomes you with a soft green couch, a comfortable lounge chair, and a large TV — an ideal spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a coffee maker, full-size appliances, barstools for casual dining, and thoughtful touches that make cooking or snacking a pleasure.



A small desk area in the hallway provides a convenient nook for remote work or journaling, and the full bathroom offers modern comfort with clean finishes. The bedroom features a plush queen bed, layered linens, and a TV for cozy evenings in.



Step outside to discover the true highlight — a serene backyard shaded by a magnificent tree, complete with a private jacuzzi, outdoor dining set, and lounge furniture. Important Notes:

*A pool technician services the jacuzzi once per week on a weekday between 8am–5pm. They will access the backyard briefly during that time.

*This apartment is located on a multifamily property, with other thoughtfully designed guest spaces nearby. While we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, some ambient noise from neighboring units or shared areas may be heard from time to time.

*South Florida is a tropical environment, and it’s normal to occasionally see insects or small wildlife (such as lizards), even with regular pest control. If you notice anything during your stay, please let me know right away so I can address it promptly.
