This space was perfect for our quick getaway. We originally booked with another company who dropped the ball at check in and within 30 minutes Expedia saved the day & we were already at our door checking in at Viktor apartments. The representative was attentive and very accommodating.

Stayed here for a full week and it was great! Communication was primarily through text which was unexpected but ended up being pretty nice. I do think a sink stopper and a dish towel should be added to assist in doing the dishes though.
Sent several requests to have the bathroom cleaned. Never received this service even though the bathroom's unclean condition was evident upon my check in. Bathroom towels were not clean and smelly. Mattress in one of the rooms was totally used up and saggy. Not only that I will never come back to this location, I will never use Lowkl ever again. Mere sorry for the discomfort type of messages are dime a dozen, your service and its level is everything. My recommendation to Expedia is to remove your listings altogether and never to allow its customers to be duped by your subpar, totally ignorant and inadequate services.
There is nobody to control principal doors were open each time we return, people use stones and other made partyâs. The principal door of the unit must be changed, it o ly close if you push the door.
Bathroom wasnât clean AC filter was filthy, parking was limited to one car only hand soap and dish liquid was pure water bathroom was the worst of all that bath tub need to throw away
The location was just where i needed to be. The unit was clean. I had issues with the refrigerator freezing solid all the food I bought to eat while i was there. The refrigerator door was backwards so almost impossible to access. The couch was horrible! It was old and beat and sunk in so deep i could barely get out of it. The bed was in the same condition. The pillows were like concrete. The bathtub was SUPER SLIPPERY! The TV was great! The weather was lousy so I ended up staying in my room a lot.
NOT GETTING MOTEL ROOM INFORMATION IN A TIMELY MANNER, HAD TO HAVE OTHER GUEST LET ME IN THE GATE BECAUSE I WAS NOT GIVE THE GATE CODE. BROKEN APPLIANCES, ie TOASTER, COFFEE POT. HAD TO ASK FOR WIFI PASSWORD INSTEAD OF IT BEING POSTED IN ROOM. HAD AN EMERGENCY AND WOULD NOT WORK WITH ME ON A PARTIAL REFUND BECAUSE I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY. NO HUMAN INTERACTION ONLY TEXT INFORMATION.
When I booked same day, they never sent me the link to register so I could get the code access, until almost two days later. I was outside for hours and finally booked another place. They haven't refunded my $550. It looks like a lovely place from outside though and I'm sure they are nice, but. they have a delay and shouldn't take same day bookings in the future.
