While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. 🛡️Damage Waiver / Security Deposit🛡️

You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



🐈For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:🐕



1-7 Nights: additional $20/night

8-29 Nights: additional $200

30+ Nights: additional $300



Restrictions: Pet combined weight limit up to 80 pounds. The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, St. Bernard.



🐕🐈There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.🐕🐈



We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

Overall it was a great stay! There was a dirty face cloth left in the main bath and a cigarette butt in one of the blankets in the secondary bedroom. There was also a lot of dark hairs in the bathroom shower and sink. This did no effect the overall stay which was great, just some things to note.

The apartment itself was clean, but the hallway and the building stairways are very dirty and smell very, very bad, which gives a very poor impression

The place looked similar to all the pictures with a few things broken or missing. Unfortunately we were unable to stay in the room due to a very loud buzzing noise coming from the furnace. It was loud enough to know in 5 minutes we couldn't stay the weekend in this place with the constant buzzing. The furniture seemed to be lower quality that one would have to be careful not to break with normal use.
