This newly constructed townhouse is nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains just outside of Asheville, NC. This stylish and roomy home offers stunning mountain views and is located in a new community in the center of desirable Mills River, NC. Minutes To Mission Hospital And Asheville Airport(AVL).
This 1600 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome was built in 2025. It has a short driveway with room for 2 vehicles to park . It has a single car garage, however, we do not allow parking in it due to it`s narrow opening. We do not want damage to the property or guests` vehicles. We mainly use the garage space for storing the large waste bins and for Amazon deliveries.
There are 2 large waste bins; one is for regular garbage and the other is for recycling. These bins will need to be put out at the end of the driveway on Monday night for Tuesday garbage pickup.
The garage has a video keypad to the right of the garage door for Amazon deliveries. There is also a garage camera that is mounted to the motor opener. This camera only comes on when the door is opener; this helps assure that all deliveries are done correctly and safely. The garage camera is pointed away from the door leading into the house to keep a level of privacy when guests bring their trash bags out to the large bins. This camera also does not record sound.
The townhome has a large and open foyer to welcome all of our guests. There is a large entry table to place keys and others items for easy access when coming and going. There is a coat closet that has been converted into a owner`s closet that our guests will not have access to. We have installed a coat rack for hanging jackets and hats. We also have an umbrella hanging in case our guests need to use one.
Past the foyer, there is a door on the left that has a deadbolt, this door leads out to the garage. This door is to remain locked when not in use. We have a broom, dustpan, and upright vacuum in case our guests want to use them.
Directly across from the door leading to the garage is the powder room (half bath).
After you pass the 2 doors you will enter the main living area of the home. There is a smart TV hanging on the wall. When you turn this on, you will be prompted to enter your check out date. This will ensure that all personal log in info you use will be deleted. There is no cable TV, only streaming apps for guests to use their own accounts.
There is a large kitchen island that has seating for 3. This island also has pullout waste containers, one for regular trash and the other for recyclables. There are also general cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to cook. There are also wine glasses and regular glasses You will find a very spacious pantry to store all your food items. This is also were you can find a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher.
Across from the island you will find a counter height dining table with seating for 4. We have provided coasters that we encourage our guests to use when enjoying their beverages.
Next to the dining table, you will find a coffee bar. There is a Keurig coffee machine, a variety of K-cups, creamers, and sugar packets. There are also 4 coffee cups to make a quick cup of coffee.
Moving upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a laundry closet. In the laundry closet you will find detergent, dryer sheets, an iron, and ironing board. On the back of the left door you will find another fire extinguisher. The hall bath has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink with lots of counter space.
On the right end of the hall you will find the primary bedroom with and en suite bath. The TV in the primary bedroom has the same features as the TV in the living room. The bathroom has a full shower, a double vanity, and a water closet.
On the left end of the hall you will find the other 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a twin trundle bed (twin bed with another twin bed hidden underneath) and a desk for any work you may need to take care of during your stay.
All bedroom closets have hangers, extra blankets, and dirty clothes hampers.
There is a Smart Lock on the front door. All guests will receive their own unique 4 digit code that allows operation of the front door lock during their stay.
Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of the foyer closet. There is limited access to the garage. It is not available for accessing the house or for parking vehicles.

The neighborhood features a resort style pool and cabana area. The pool is not heated, but it is open year round. The cabana has a fire place and lots of seating. There are also grills for cooking out.
There is a community dog park for your pet to play. Pet waste bags are located in several locations in the neighborhood for your convenience. We kindly ask that you pick up after your pet, whether you walk them in the park or around the neighborhood. When leaving house, please make sure that all exterior doors are locked, including the back door. Garage is not to be used for vehicle parking. It is narrow and we do not want to risk damage to the property or the guests` vehicle. Please make sure the interior door going into the garage is always kept locked. Also make sure that the garage door is closed and down all the way.

We truly enjoyed our time at this super clean, new property with lots of space. The townhouse looks brand new and everything inside is spotless. We were very close to a few local breweries and a cider place that was excellent. Also 20 minutes from hiking in Pisgah National Forest or downtown Asheville. A grocery store is less than a mile away for anything you may need. This was a great location for exploring the area!
