Pet Friendly South Asheville Hot Tub Townhome

South Asheville Townhome, with outdoor space, and contemporary design. This 3-bedroom, two story townhome features two king and one queen bedrooms.
The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 2 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. Located in South Asheville, drivable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. The Biltmore Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.

This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

This place was very comfortable. Since it was a downstairs/upstairs unit with a 2nd den downstairs it was great to seperate from family at times and watch TV or just visit and sleep! It was dog friendly and they loved running in the woods. The only downfall was no fenced in yard. The owners were always available with answers to any questions. Thank you!

Get away for spring break

We had the time to get away for spring break and felt lucky to have found a place that would allow us to travel with our dogs. The home is lovely, and we felt very much at home. We will be back for sure.

Great Get Away

This was the perfect get away location for our family of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet dead end street location. We also really liked the updated interior decor.

Easter get away

The unit was spacious and lovely with 3 comfortable beds and two living areas. We saw a large black bear ambling up the hill next to us! The view and location were amazing as was the hot tub. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions.

Pleasant stay

Clean and lots of space. Hot tub was very nice with a fairly private view of trees. Might have been over chlorinated, because my skin got irritated. Very quiet with a variety of businesses in easy reach. Amenities were pretty generic. They provided a little courtesy bag with coffee filters, dish soap, etc. No personal touches but it was exactly as advertised.

Very Pleased

We stayed here for a company project in Arden! The home is very charming and the host did a great job communicating, providing information, and accommodating our need for an extra day! Also, had a small black bear visit. Pretty cool!

Fall Get Away!

The house was clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. The area was nice and very quiet. The outdoor space wasn't really conducive to sitting outside. The downstairs bathroom exhaust fan and ceiling needed some TLC. There were things that needed to be tended to that made it seem a little tired. I'd give it a 4.5 for the price range and how clean it was.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay and everything was really nice. My only complaint was that the dishwasher was not secured to countertop and when loading it the weight of dishes made the unit fall forward from countertop. Advised management and they said they would address it. I Would recommend and will re visit.

We will be back!

Nice clean 3 bedroom. Great set up. Only issues- please consider adding ice maker or multiple ice trays (we had 1) and a couple of outdoor chairs. It easily slept 6 and weather was perfect so we spent most of the time outdoors. The picnic table on deck is not ideal. Railing was a little rickety. I still give it 5 stars. We were very pleased and will return next year. Thank you!

Minimal kitchen items

Place was clean and beds ok . Kitchen literally only had dishes , silverware and cookware . No peeler , grater , measuring cups . Fortunately we were there visiting family and I could borrow things from his kitchen to cook. If you don’t want to cook you would be happy with this kitchen. On a safety note - the steps leaving the home slope down and it was icy a few days . Also water damage in the ceiling downstairs could be repaired. You have to drive in a one lane road to condo . I may not choose this property again .

Nice townhouse

Enjoyed having 2 king rooms. We didn't need the 3rd room, but it was nice to have options. Had everything we needed, a little hard to find, but a decent location.

Cute place

This is a wonderful place to stay. The hot tub makes a great addition. Everything is updated and you are at the end of the street so you don’t have to worry about other people disturbing you or vise versa.

Good location, comfortable property

This property worked well for our group of four adults. It was clean and hot tub worked fine. We had easy access to get to the Biltmore and to Ashville. It did have some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed: 1 - screen door (main level) would not stay on track and barely could be opened 2 - master bath fan is barely attached to ceiling and fan did not work (light works) 3 - no broom or vacuum available (deck, picnic table and top of hot tub needed to be swept for tree debris) 4 - dishwasher was not mounted in cabinets (not attached), so it moved when opened 5 - dresser in common area in lower level had broken drawers Overall we had a good stay.

Senior Leaf Peeper Getaway

2 senior citizen gals enjoyed our 3-night stay in this townhome very much. Very clean and comfortable. Good heat on the cold nights. Check-in was a breeze. Pretty accurate listing. Suggestions: list the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms as on lower level - down a step staircase; for those with hip or knee issues, install handrail from inside of home to the garage and from driveway onto the deck entrance (we both had trouble with the 1st steep step); correct listing regarding parking to "1 car garage + 1 outside parking space"; lastly, it would be nice if you had a keypad entrance into the garage. Otherwise, thanks for a nice stay!
