Sunshine POOL Cape Coral Home Centrally Located Great Outdoor Space

Located in quiet SE Cape Coral neighborhood, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home is your perfect relaxing getaway. Minutes from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 14 miles from Fort Myers beach. Great home to hang out in and enjoy the beautiful refreshing saltwater pool and tropical backyard. Enough room for up to 9 guests!

One room with king size bed and own full bathroom (shower only). One room with queen bed. One room with twin/full bunk beds. Shared full bathroom (includes bathtub). Pull out couch in backroom.

Please note we have exterior security cameras in both the front of the house and in the back of the house. The one in the back of the house is at the corner but can see part of the pool area.

Pets allowed- 2 max $100 pet fee

Cancellation policy 96% refund if cancel 30 days prior to check in. 50% refund 14 days prior. No Refund less then 14 days before check in
No parties or large gatherings allowed
Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to down
If you move furniture please put back where originally found
Please take trash out to trash bin at the side of the house- if staying at property on Tuesday please take trash bin to the end of the driveway for pick up either Tuesday morning or Monday evening.
Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges. Weapons are not allowed on property.
Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate.
