Emplacement fantastique! 15 minutes de l'aéroport, 15-20 minutes de la plupart des sites!

Impeccablement propre. maison familiale, plan d'Ă©tage ouvert, situĂ© dans un beau quartier bien entretenu et sĂ»r. Cette maison comporte: IntĂ©rieur dĂ©corĂ©, grand salon, hauts plafonds. Cuisine bien approvisionnĂ©e, À proximitĂ© des commerces et des restaurants, quartier des trottoirs, parking gratuit

Cette maison est nichée parmi les arbres sur un cul-de-sac avec des voisins trÚs calmes. Il se trouve à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Nashville et de la plupart des lieux de divertissement et sportifs, ainsi que des universités.

La maison est située dans un trÚs beau quartier pratique. Quand je suis entré dans la maison, les logements ont dépassé mes attentes! La maison est joliment décorée et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Je vais certainement louer la maison à nouveau si je reviens à Nashville. Les propriétaires trÚs disponibles quand j'ai appelé et m'a aidé avec la connexion wi-fi. Merci Lee et Jack pour votre hospitalité et votre attention.

La maison est impeccable et les lits sont trĂšs confortables. La maison est situĂ©e Ă  environ 15 minutes de Nashville, ce qui Ă©tait parfait, et l'emplacement est trĂšs agrĂ©able et sĂ»r. C'Ă©tait tellement agrĂ©able d'avoir une "maison" Ă  laquelle revenir aprĂšs une journĂ©e de tournĂ©e Ă  Nashville. C'Ă©tait parfait pour ma mĂšre de 85 ans. Wonderful location for visiting Nashville area

Jack & Lee were very helpful and polite! They have a wonderful document that lists all kinds of helpful links and suggestions - be sure to ask for it just in case it might help.The home was in a quiet yet easily accessible place just north of Nashville with easy access to interstate, US highways, main thoroughfares, etc.Be sure to call the owners with questions (better to call live than VRBO message or text); they'll answer your questions right away when you connect with them on the phone.

Great home!

Quick Nashville Wedding

My husband and I, my sister and her husband and my father all stayed here for a family wedding over the weekend. The house had everything we needed for our short stay. Convenient access to both downtown Nashville and the wedding venue. The house was clean outside of the large amount of dust on the short wall in the living room. The only issue we had was when we were getting ready for the wedding. The bathroom fuses both upstairs and downstairs blew. The entire upstairs bathroom became useless because the lights wouldn’t turn on. I called both homeowners and left voicemails. I text both homeowners as well. I did not hear back for 30 minutes and even then the issue remained unresolved for the remainder of our stay because the homeowners were out of town and the fuse box was in the garage behind locked doors we could not get access to. It was manageable and we worked it out for the rest of our stay, borrowing bathrooms and using random rooms to get ready but it was frustrating to not be able to resolve the issue.

Nashville trip**Fantastic house

Absolutely loved our house in Goodlettsville. Drinking coffee and sitting on the front porch. In a beautiful quiet neighborhood was so peaceful. The trip into Nashville was only about 20 minutes. The city was awesome to visit but happy to return to our peaceful haven nightly.

Quiet with Comfortable Accommodations

The home was as described. We appreciated coming home to a quiet house after visiting Nashville. We enjoyed hanging out as a family in comfortable surroundings. We contacted host Lenore when we had trouble with the front door lock, then later realized it was it was our fault. We didn’t understand the instructions. Host Jack came into the house prior to the 10am check out- which was a little creepy.

My sister and I had a great time and the accommodations were excellent 
 cozy yet quiet neighborhood and convenient to the interstate and all we wanted to do. The house is tastefully decorated, very nice floor plan, and we will plan for another visit.

House was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have access to the garage as we had hoped and the owner knocked on the door multiple days of our stay, which we weren't expecting. Good location near Nashville.

Beautiful home and area. Great location to downtown Nashville.

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath and the initial booking was for 4 adults. Closer to our arrival date, another couple asked if they could join us at the house. Didnt seem to be an issue because there was an extra bedroom. About a week from our check i , the hosts asked if there were any changes to the original booking I let them know we had another couple joining us. Thats when they imformed me, there would be an additional guest fee of $120.00. We were shocked. There was an extra bedroom, not being used. No where on the listing did it state any additional fees over 4 people. Long story short, they refunded the money only because our friends changed their minds and didnt stay at the house. Second issue was the long list of check out rules. including taking out the trash, unloading the dishwaher and putting dishes away. For $165.00 cleaning fee, the guests should not have to do these chores. We are on vacation. My husband and I have a vacation rental on this platform and we dont expect our guests to do any of these things.

Return Trip

We stayed in this home last year and liked it so well that we chose it for our return trip. The house was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hosts are very easy to work with. We would certainly recommend this house.

Cozy and comfortable

I came into town to spend time together for my birthday with my family. This property was so comfortable and had a homey feel to it and it was perfect for us. We truly enjoyed staying and also loved the neighborhood. The owners were super friendly and welcoming as well.

Nice place for Nashville area visit !

Great and quiet neighborhood! Easy access to Downtown Nashville and Area restaurants and grocery store. I enjoyed my stay and owner of house was wonderful. Did discuss a few items with him to make sure next stay better and I am sure he will accommodate!

Nashville visit

The place was great for us. Attending an event at the Nissan Center. Close enough for convenience but located in quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice suburban home in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well set up and commutable to downtown Nashville, less than a half hour away. We briefly met the host who stopped by to get a leaf blower. He was very nice.

My wife and I stayed in this home for 4 nights. The home was very clean and comfortable. We had all the comforts of home right at our fingertips. Check in/check out and communication with owner was excellent. We would definitely recommend this property.

A great place to find rest

Me and some other were in town for a conference. The location of the home was precisely between the two alternating event locations and made it convenient in that regard. The home was clean and comfortable. Jack’s communication was great and he even called a few days before the trip to see if we had any questions before arriving and to make sure we knew he was available for questions s and any issues that might pop up, of which there were none. Exploring Tennesse

The house was central to our travels throughout Tennesse. We drove to Memphis and to the Smoky mountains for day trips. It was nice to come back to home base. House is comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It is 15-20 minutes away from most tourist locations such as the Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and the Grand Ole Opry.

Amazing home

We could not of asked for a better place to stay. The house had everything we needed, very clean and cute. The location was perfect, close to tons of shopping and eating places. Exactly what we were looking for.

This place felt like home away from home. We wanted proximity to all Nashville had to offer without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It felt like we were 10 minutes from everything, but in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was so friendly and accommodating I felt like we were old friends. I would definitely recommend this home and if we return to Nashville, this will be the first place I will consider.
