Appartement de jardin moderne et lumineux d'une chambre, dans une rue incroyablement calme, à 2 minutes de la station de métro Belsize Park.

La chambre a des plafonds incroyablement hauts, avec des portes-fenêtres du sol au plafond ouvrant sur votre jardin privé, donnant une sensation lumineuse et aérée.
Il y a de la place pour un grand lit de voyage à la fin du lit et vous pouvez serrer dans un lit simple gonflable.

Il y a une magnifique cuisine-salle à manger entièrement équipée qui comprend un four électrique et une plaque de cuisson, un réfrigérateur / congélateur, un micro-ondes, un grille-pain, une laveuse, une bouilloire électrique, un fer et une planche à repasser.

Grande table à manger pouvant accueillir 4.

Accès internet wifi haut débit gratuit et 'idapt multi phone & ipad charger'.

La chambre a un tout nouveau lit king size avec matelas en mousse à mémoire qui donne sur le jardin.

Despite the handy location this place was disappointing and the photos give a false impression of brightness and cleanliness. From the foul-smelling entrance way to the dim lighting to the atrocious bathroom facility, there must be better options in this neighbourhood. The final straw was the bathroom sink tap that stopped working and no effort made to get it fixed; water to the sink was simply turned off! Had it not been for an otherwise fantastic visit with family and convenient access to the Tube, this would have been a disaster.

There is really nothing positive to say about this place except the bed was comfortable. The pictures are very deceiving and the fact that the bathroom is downstairs and it smells is a very bad drawback. Also, one reason i rented this place was for the washer, which didn't work due to an electrical problem, and was only fixed the day before we were leaving. The outdoor space is nothing like the pictures. If i hadn't paid in advance, i would have never continued to stay here.

A great apartment in an excellent suburb

We stayed in this one bedroom apartment, wanting somewhere which felt like part of the community and it was all we expected. It was clean, warm, sunny and just perfectly situated. We were there for 10 days and the time just flew, racing back to the apartment felt like coming home each day. As per other reviews, it was smallish and the bathroom in the bathroom concept was something we hadn't experienced, but it wasn't negative enough to impact on the stay. Phil was very helpful whenever we needed to know anything. We loved shopping and eating in the Belsize suburb and would definitely go there if in London again. Many thanks to Emily, Tanya and Phil. A great place to stay.

A wonderful stay!

Conveniently located to the tube station, restaurants, buses and anything you could need, this pretty flat is a great place to stay. Emily, her husband, and manager Phillip were friendly, provided information and made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London as a quiet,convenient alternative to a hotel!

Lovely little property

A very nice apartment less than 2 minutes walk from Belsize Park tube station, with easy access into Central London. Rented the apartment with a friend for a girls city break after the New Year and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very light and airy and came with some essentials in the kitchen which was a nice surprise. There was a slight issue with the speed of the wifi which was very slow at times, but all in all would definitely recommend.

Quirky flat is excellent location

We were fairly comfortable in this flat. It is a bit unusual with the bathroom and washer downstairs, and the absence of a sitting room. However, the kitchen is very nice, the flat is quiet and bright. Photos online are somewhat misleading. The flat is a couple of minutes from the Tube station. Restaurants and grocery stores are just up the street and around the corner. We walked to many lovely areas nearby- what more can you need.

Communication could be better

Flat was clean though not immaculate. All was as described except that internet was spotty and did not always work. When I complained, there was not an adequate response. Otherwise very comfortable, quiet and convenient. If you don't need internet, I highly recommend. I actually booked this through airbnb.

We stayed in two of Emily’s apartments and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Belsize is a charming village with restaurants and shops, as well as a tube station and bus stops, all a two-minute walk from the house. It’s a very convenient and quiet area, an easy tube ride into the heart of the city. There’s also a fun market in Camden, very close by, called the Stables. Emily and her husband were very helpful as we made our arrangements. The manager, Phil, lives in the building, so he’s easy to find and is also very nice and helpful. The beds in both apartments were very comfortable, and we slept extremely well. Both apartments were well stocked with necessary items. They were also clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again, should we ever get back to London.

stylish flat in Belsize Park

I spent a happy three weeks here and was delighted with everything: close to the tube (both Belsize Park, a block away, and Hampstead Heath, about 10 minutes walk), a quiet street, up-to-date furnishings, convenient kitchen. The stairs to the bathroom and shower are fairly steep but this 65-year-old had no difficulty negotiating them. Also the shower is great! My wife figured out the British style washer/dryer. I would go here again.
