La propriété est lumineuse, moderne avec une terrasse extérieure à l'arrière au premier étage d'une maison victorienne. Il est très central, à quelques pas d'Oxford Circus, de Regents Park ou de Fitzroy square. De plus Leicester Square, Theatreland, Chinatown, Covent Garden, Selfridges, Carnaby Street, The Royal Academy, Fortnums, Mayfair et Bond Street sont facilement accessibles.
Veuillez noter qu'il y a des travaux de construction en face entre 8 heures-18 heures uniquement en semaine. Nos heures d'enregistrement sont du lundi au samedi de 9h à 18h. Le dimanche et le soir sur rendez-vous et pour lequel il y a un supplément de 25 £.
Nous demandons à nos clients de respecter très soigneusement l'appartement et le mobilier car ils ont récemment subi des dommages assez graves - dommage. Nous avons remplacé le matelas du lit double en juin 2019. Veuillez également utiliser le chauffage de manière responsable. Student district type of accommodation, nothing fancy but adequate. The area was safe with lots of restaurants and bars. Here in May heat wave, the suite is hard to vent because you need patio open which lets in a lot commercial kitchen ventilation noise. The internet worked the first night and was down for the other 4 nights.

The location of this flat is perfect: central, convenient, and served by several Tube lines. The kitchen is well equipped (if tiny) and the back deck is lovely. That said, the flat itself is very small, barely large enough for two adults. And it feels forgotten - sheets and towels, while clean, are gray, and toiletries are minimal. As another reviewer said, the flat could use refreshing.While Jane very kindly helped us find the flat after Google Maps left us 400 meters short, she essentially stopped communicating shortly after we arrived (and a wifi/TV outage was not remedied over our 5 days there). Perhaps it's the difference between US and UK stays, but I expected more.

Thank you for your review and choosing Cleveland Street. It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy your stay as much as possible. We agree that the flat is small and advertised as such in an amazing location. The wifi problem was due to a failure of the Virgin network lasting over a week in the area which when remedied showed a problem linking to the flat. This needed an engineer so would require someone in the flat to admit them. Our internet here has been down for 10 days. Obviously we are sorry for the inconvenience it was out of our hands. It is at times life in the UK. Re the towels four of the best and newest have disappeared from the flat this summer, as we found out. Re the linen before your stay I have purchased a complete new set this summer and a new lightweight duvet and cover which is there. In terms of the flat condition I have held the price for 10 years because of this. This is London WI, a hotel room in a 3 star hotel would cost about £150 up to £220 per night for a four star. I believe the accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and terrace at £135 per night is good value bearing in mind a hotel room could cost additionally another £50-£100 per night. London W1 accommodation is expensive. In terms of toiletries we supply hand wash, hand cream, show gels, shampoo and conditioners as basics. . I have made these same comments more than once recently.

Great stay, enjoyed our week in this lovely apartment. Jane is a super responsive host and very helpful. The apartment is a home, well supplied and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. Located on a small commercial street, it is surprisingly quiet. The terrace is a lovely, quiet escape from the city.Surrounded by tube stations and bus routes, key attractions are easy to reach efficiently. Groceries are just 5 minutes away. There were issues upon arrival due to cleaning persons, that host cleared up. The apartment is in a GREAT location, but it is a city apartment and very small. Maybe 500 square feet total. The bed is an Australian double and narrow for 2 persons. Overall, the apartment needs refreshing all around. The host is quick to respond, but does not live anywhere nearby so I am sure rarely gets to the apartment. Overall the experience, mostly due to location was good, but I would not stay there again.

Great location to visit London. You are within walking distance to several transportation hubs. There amazing mom & pop restaurants on your street. If you plan to stay there in the summer keep in mind there is no AC nor a fan so keep that in mind. I would stay there again.

The property location is fabulous. Walkable to many destinations with many tube stations close by. Lots of restaurant and pubs on the same street.The bathroom sink could be a bigger and tub could be lower as it was hard to get in and out.The washer/dryer wasn’t working. Jane the host was horrible at communicating! Overall it was a great place and we probably would stay there again!

This London flat is one of our favourite places as it is so central with many London attractions within walking distance. We enjoy using the flat as a base from which to work. It has its own outdoor space for eating, working or just chatting too! We enjoy walking in Regents Park or playing tennis.

Fitzrovia is a favourite central London location for us so close to the centre with media, clothing, and construction businesses.
The street has a community atmosphere with small restaurants, cafes and excellent fish and chips.
Within a very easy distance are Fitzroy Square, another Fitzrovia centre with a well renowned fish restaurant + trendy new diner and very popular classic London pubs. John Lewis and Oxford street are other irresistible, nearby attractions for me at least!
