The location was great, easy access to everything and quite area real London experience. Room was very comfortable with hot shower and cooking with stove top, microwave and all utensils supplied. Great for extended stay.

The apartment was centrally located with nearby shops and restaurants. It was only a couple blocks from Paddington Station and bus stops. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. I was very happy that it was so close to Hyde Park. The host responded to questions quickly.

With the exception of a good location, the flat was dirty upon arrival, dirty dishes, countertops, sinks, toilet and shower. Mold in closet, closet dirty, wet and unusable. Description of where to find key was completely covered with overgrowth. Pillows and mattress covered with urine and sweat stains. Hair on floors, very disappointing.

My team tried our best to satisfy all your needs, cleaner came for the 2nd time, new pillows were provided as long as the partial refund. Great place to stay

Great place to stay, not very big, but has all the basics for a stay. The location is amazing, very close to the center, and check in is easy and convenient. Overall very clean and comfortable flat. Recommended!

London long weekend

While very basic, the property was in a great location. Convenient to buses and trains, and the neighborhood offered many pubs and restaurants. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep as you spend the day out and about, this place fits that bill.

Overall had a good experience. It was just what we needed and where we needed it, easy access to transportation. The apartment was clean, except for one tiny spider that we found on the bed, which to me isn't about cleanliness since spiders come from everywhere. Everything else was perfect.

Overall I enjoyed my stayed at the property. Location wise - extremely convenient as Lancaster Gate train station is literally a 5 min walk. Neighbors were quiet and the bed was nice and comfy

Great for the price and convenient location

Property is exactly as it looks in pictures. We liked the big windows. Location was convenient!!! Loved being next to Hyde Park. Check in instructions were very clear. Bed was comfy. One downside is the apartment was not very noise proof. The door lock was a bit tricky as the door didn’t have a handle.

Walk through the gardens every day

The room was small and comfortable. It was a base from which we explored London for a month. The internet was fast and saw a good deal of use. We had everything we needed in that little flat.The location was quite good. Every day we would walk through Kensington gardens, take the nearby underground station to far flung parts of London, and enjoy ourselves.

Paddington Stay

Our stay was amazing. Location was wonderful, great neighbourhood. The apartment was clean on arrival, and included all the amenities we needed for our stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Our host was in good communication and ensured that we were enjoying our stay. The room was cozy and comfortable for two people. The only very little negative was we were only given one full towel and for my partner and I, one of us had to use two small towels, wasn’t a big deal I’m sure our host would of brought more if we needed.

Flat 29 17-19 Cravern Terrace

The flat is in a great spot, clean and the mattress very comfortable. Good value for money. Our only issue was with the checkin process. The key isn’t on site and the instructions on where to find the key safe to access the building were very difficult to understand.

Paddington stay

Very nice little place. Conveniently Close to trains, busses, and underground. Host was difficult to reach. NO hot water in either kitchen or bathroom sink. Getting room keys was very difficult for me with my cane to reach.I would stay there again but would hope for a better check in process.

Great location!

The location of this flat was superb! Easy to get to pretty much anywhere in London thanks to its proximity to Paddington station. Also just a short walk (around 20 mins) to Notting Hill, which was a perfect way to spend a chill morning. Lots of dining spots nearby, too. Jane offered lots of info in her messages, and the check in and out processes were super straightforward and fuss-free. A couple notes: this space is tiny!! Definitely better for visitors who are planning on being out most of the day and evening, but still very comfy to come back to. The walls are also thin, so you can hear neighbours and street noises; if you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend some ear plugs, they worked a dream at filtering out extra noise.

The elevator was out of order which made it impossible for two elderly people with health issues to stay. We had to cancel but the manager graciously refunded our money due to this problem.
