Welcome to Seattle, and happy stay in this cozy, warm nest!

This cozy 2-bed, 2-bath home, fully upgraded in 2025. People really love this place for long-term rentals, but since we are building another unit at the back of the house, we prefer to rent it short-term.
Guests can enjoy a quiet and comfortable visit, as there will be no active construction guaranteed during your stay!

The house is fully private with no shared spaces, no other tenants living on site. Free private parking is included.

Features queen beds with hotel-quality linens, a comfortable makeup or work space in the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining for 6, a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and private parking. It also includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Enjoy a safe, quiet, and bike-friendly neighborhood.
