It was great, great location. However, couple improvements. The door back to the padio (from kitchen) are very dangerous. 3 people snapped their fingers. I would highly recommend changing how they are open/closed. The handler to open the door seems to be incorectly installed. I would expect that if someone hurts badly, you can have a big liability. The other suggestion is more difficult to implement. But still - there is no common area bathroom. People who stayed late had to go to 1 of the rooms. It would be much better if there is a bathroom between kitchen and jacuzzi place.

We had an exceptional stay at this stunning home in Orderville—easily one of the finest properties we’ve experienced. The setting is breathtaking: sweeping canyon views, wide-open skies, and a sense of quiet grandeur that perfectly captures the magic of Southern Utah. The location is ideal—perfectly positioned between Zion and Bryce —making it convenient for exploring both.The home itself is spectacular—brand new, expansive, and thoughtfully designed at every turn. The materials and finishes are top-tier: clean modern lines, and a level of craftsmanship that is both luxurious and inviting. The scale of the home is remarkable, with soaring ceilings, open gathering spaces, and room for everyone to spread out comfortably.Every bedroom feels like a private retreat, with beautifully appointed en suite baths and spa-quality showers. The kitchen is a dream—fully equipped, elegantly designed, and perfect for both casual breakfasts and full group dinners.What truly elevates this property are the amenities. Evenings in the hot tub under the stars were unforgettable, and the outdoor sauna overlooking the canyon is simply next-level. The game room and pool table provided hours of fun, while the gym made it easy to stay active even on a “rest” day.In short, this home delivers on every level: luxury, comfort, design, and location. Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was wonderful and the location was beautiful. Sometimes the pictures of homes seem too good to be true online, but in this case, the pictures are absolutely accurate. The house was very clean and had great space to gather as well as places to spread out for privacy. It also had wonderful amenities. The very large hot tub, sauna, massage chair, and pool table were favorites. We also loved the large covered patio with beautiful views. The host was great and provided a lot of information to make the stay successful. We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to return for another stay in the future.

This is a beautiful home. Our family had a wonderful time here using all the amenities. The house is in a great central location to visit both Zion and Bryce and there are many adventures to go on in Orderville and Kanab. The hosts are very nice and easy to work with and the property is wonderfully clean! Loved it!

Vanessa’s family built their vacation cabin on the borderline of Zion National Park in the mid-1970’s. As a child, she spent many summers hiking, exploring & enjoying the magical land of Zion. The area created special memories with family and friends; holding a special place in her heart. When Vanessa started a family of her own it was no surprise she brought them to the area; sharing the magic of her childhood with her own family. Hiking familiar trails and discovering new secrets became harder and harder to leave. Soon she and her husband, Alex, realized each visit was never long enough. In 2020 it was time to make Zion their home.
Their love & knowledge of the area ensures their guests experience the magic of the Zion area just like a local. No matter how long or short the stay; everyone is guaranteed a unique experience. Breathtaking vistas, towering cliffs cast in rainbow patterns, sand in your shoes, canyons that wind on in maze-like patterns… it’s all here. Waiting to become unforgettable memories.
