The property itself is beautiful. We couldn’t find anywhere to park. The suggested place was under construction and the other area is not walkable with luggage or groceries.

This is a beautiful rental! We felt safe, it was super clean and the extra added touches were above and beyond. They had everything you would need, even if you forgot something. The aesthetics were gorgeous, and the host was always quick to respond even when we had silly questions. Absolutely would recommend this amazing spot.

The location was difficult and not really close to the main downtown. We had issues trying to get in the lockbox - the host first forgot to give us the key code on time, then gave us the wrong one. However, he was very responsive in getting back to us and helping us finally get in. He was very good about letting us have a longer time before the required checkout which was to compensate for the confusing check in so all good there. Overall, the unit was nice, and they had a lot of good accommodations. Pool was only 3 feet at the deepest and ice cold. Health club was nicely set up.

Everything was great. The key fob was weird to use. I didnt know how to lock the door with it, or if it locked automatically. But overall, it was a beautiful place, clean, and u enjoyed my time here.

Check-in process was confusing as I did not receive the lock box code prior to check in (it was after 3 pm when received). It was difficult to find the lock box. I felt like this building may not allow VRBO guests, based on comments from people who live there. I felt awful and wouldn’t have booked a non-VRBO approved condo if I had known this. The parking lot described in the communication is under construction (so no parking available there). The VRBO is marketed as sleeps up to 4, but only 3 towels existed on the property. The master suite lamp bulb was burned out when we got there. The heater was on when we arrived, and it was 80 degrees outside.

Had an amazing time Nashville! This place was beautiful and all things were just as they show in the pictures! Great location and such a beautiful place. Communication with the hosts was so easy and they ensured our stay was smooth and easy! Cannot wait to come again and stay longer!

I had a (too) brief midweek, overnight stay to see some friends on my way back to Chicago from the Atlanta area. Dominic and Jill were great hosts. Responses to questions were very timely. Making the reservation was simple, and check in was as well, although it took me a couple attempts to find a lot to park in (more my error in interpreting the parking description). As of this writing, there is a surface lot directly across the street from the building that is paid via QR code. All amenities were as described and it was a very nice, clean space. The Gulch area has numerous food, drink and activity choices and is close enough to the Broadway scene to walk, but far enough away that it’s not noisy or congested. I will definitely consider returning with my family to spend more time exploring and enjoying what the city has to offer. Thanks for a great experience.
