This one bedroom condo has all of the updates along with a VERY comfy KING bed and a stylish couch with QUEEN bed as a pullout. Can sleep up to four. Our stay was great. The condo is so close to Broadway and very comfortable. Casey was a very responsive host! The bed is comfortable and the condo is very spacious.. I am very noise sensitive, so the condo above us was very noisy with heavy footsteps, and the bedroom faces a very busy road.

Great location...a few minutes walk to the Listening Lounge Cafe...excellent songwriters venue. About 10 minutes walk to Broadway. Seemless communication with owner and nice accomodations.

It is a 20 minute walking distance to Broadway . Owners need to replace linens and pillows . The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Would recommend special comfort pad for the sofa bed mattress. Patio furniture was very dusty and not attended to before we arrived.

For future guests, please know that the guest did not inform or allow us to try to remedy any of these very easy fixes during their stay, which we would have gladly provided even more fresh linens and come and addressed anything that was viewed as not up to par. This review is not in line with what guests typically experience with us and it’s a shame we were not allowed to help at all during the stay as our guests are very important us. They did even tell us they enjoyed staying at the condo. Always here to help when given the opportunity!
