The Space:

- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.

- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.

The Neighborhood:

Walking distance to Broadway and all the Honky Tonks in Nashville.

Tennessee Titans stadium is just over the bridge and can be easily walked on gamedays or for concerts.

Two streets over is the new Sounds baseball stadium that is surrounded by restaurants and bars.

Bowling alley and Top Golf that is all walkable.

Getting Around:

Walking is the best way to get around but if you don't want to walk than Uber or Lyft is the way to go. The other popular option is riding the scooters.

Other Things to Note:

** The complex does have private security nights and weekends during prime season

** Pool, laundry facilities, and gym require key card to enter

** Key card will be hanging by the front door

** Pool is open from April-October

** Free covered parking on the premises

** We are located on the river. Depending on the time of year you will probably see some wildlife on the river bank and if hanging outside for a lengthy amount of time I would recommend bug spray

** The complex does have a firepit and propane grill but you will need to provide your own fire wood and propane

**Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mail boxes are locked by owners!

We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where the vibrant city life adds to the charm of your stay. However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. This was a perfect stay for two for a weekend getaway to Nashville. Close enough to Broadway for quick uber or walk. Safe, clean and well maintained. The pool was not open yet but we enjoyed the other options.

In all reality it was perfect for a couple. We felt very comfortable, we relaxed and enjoyed some tv time as well. We cooked our breakfast before heading out to the town. It was really nice! Everything we needed was included. Thank you for the hospitality.

“Luxury” in the listing title is an exaggeration especially due to the units cleanliness. Unit is located in Riverfront Condominiums which is a relatively old building built underneath an old warehouse. Bathroom had evident signs of black mildew or mold an water damage around shower. Couch and rug had large stains. Blinds did not work and were broken on main window. Pool is closed and Landry costs about 6 for wash and dry. Location was good and bed was comfortable.

The place was pretty gross, stains on the couch and cushions, stains on the rug, extra pillows in bedroom were dirty or stained with makeup. The couch pull out was really hard to pull out/kind of broken, there was mice poop on the mattress pad of the couch, broken outlet in living room exposing wires/wall. The bathroom has mold in the shower and peeling paint/bubbles, the bathroom walls and sink are just grubby, not very well cleaned. There is not a full set of silverware, floors are dirty, couldn’t be barefoot, just over all not a great place to stay. The area seemed pretty sketchy, no one outside, didn’t feel comfortable walking to downtown, homeless/druggie area. Definitely would not stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was so cozy and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the barges go by on the river.

Continued plumbing issues, finally had to move. A few other improvements could be made to make rental more comfortable. Better quality towels, top sheet on king bed just edge to edge - needs to be larger, more coffee cups and other dishes and silverware, furniture was not comfortable, tv unable to get local channels, ice cubes.The bed was comfortable, enjoyed river view, good location

Great property and great host! Very clean and comfortable! Easy walk to Broadway. The walk home late at night is a little sketchy with all the homeless on the way in one section. Plenty of Lime scooters and bikes available. Would definitely recommend this property!

Place was exactly as the pictures, very clean and well maintained. The walking to broadway was not as close as we expected, but it was also very hot and humid so perhaps if you are here in the fall the walk may be more enjoyable. We had issues accessing the pool so that was disappointing. But overall we would definitely come back here. We recommend it.

My wife & I came to Nashville for a Cold Play concert. We were thinking we got lucky to find Grant's place to stay as opposed to a hotel room or a further away from town rental. It was completely within comfy walking distance to Nissan stadium. We also walked from the condo to Broadway. About a mile to Nissan & mile 1/2 to Broadway. The place was pretty small, simple, & clean - just what we were looking for.Thanks Grant. We'll definitely be back if we come to Nashville again.

At check-in our door code wasn't working. The key pad was very confusing. We messaged 3 times and called twice and finally got a lady (property manager) that was able to get us in but the process took over 30 minutes trying to get in the apartment. The view was nice however chair cushions old and very uncomfortable. Spiders/spider webs everywhere. The bed was broken in multiple places which caused my husband and I to not sleep well. We tried to fix the frame but as soon as we laid the mattress back down it broke again which caused us to both roll to the middle of the bed all night. Internet for TVs VERY slow. Kicked us out of multiple TV shows. Good: Clean. Nice shower. Great location to walk 20mins to Broadway. Had everything you would need. Great parking.

Cute Little Place

We enjoyed the stay and the condo had what we needed! We thought the bed in the bedroom was comfortable, they said the fold out couch was ok. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the fact that that the bedroom didn't have a door and there were openings in the wall toward the ceiling into the living area. Other than that everything thing was clean and cutely decorated and met all of our needs! I enjoy sitting on the balcony by the river. Thanks for a great stay!

When we arrived they had given us the wrong code for the door. We finally got the correct one after calling the number for the host a few times and 20 minutes. If this allows you to upload photos I will. The mattress in the bedroom was literally off the bed and up against the wall. I called again they said they would get back to me. After waiting a while and very tired from traveling we put the mattress, sheets and comforter on the bed. They had still not called back. The floor was not mopped. And it is only 1.1 miles from Broadway but you cannot walk sinceIt is a very steep incline to get there and a mile in those conditions is certainly not 13 minutes as advertised. We decided to get an earlier flight home on our last day as the amount of Ubers and expense was getting ridiculous and we felt out of the area we wanted to be in which is much more inconvenient than implied. We are supposed to take out the trash and I understand that. But we the only flight we could get was at 7:30 am which meant had to leave at 5 am. The neighborhood and lighting was very intimated at that time of the day to go to the dumpster. So we left a pizza box, water bottle and a couple of napkins. I asked for a refund on part of the cleaning fee which was not honored. I have never had a bad experience with VRBO before this experience. Pay a couple of hundred dollars more per day to stay at a hotel on Broadway. The cost will be about the same and way more convenient and fun.

Disappointing Cleanliness

We've stayed in this general condo complex before and loved it but not this unit. This is a 1st floor unit and therefore the noise levels from upstairs neighbors was disruptive. Most disappointing was the cleanliness, bedding blankets had a body odor smell and the flooring was so dirty all our socks and feet were dark after walking for a bit.
