Reservation & Booking Policies
Please Note: The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed at confirmation supersede any policies listed by third-party booking sites (VRBO, Airbnb, HomeAway, etc.). We cannot reimburse third-party service fees. We do not offer a 100% refund once a booking has been processed. All cancelations incur a 5% fee to cover processing costs.

Payment

50% of total cost is due at booking
Final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required

Cancelations

Except for a 5% processing fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelation is made more than 60 days before arrival

Must be purchased before final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full
