Get ready for a seaside retreat at Molly's Beachside Cottage! This Almost Oceanfront House offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths as well as your own Private Elevator!
Bedroom 1 provides a King Bed, Smart TV, Private Full Bath, and Private Deck Access. Bedroom 2 provides a Queen Bed, Smart TV, and access to the Shared Full Bath. Bedroom #3 offers a Twin Bed and access to the Shared Full Bath. Enjoy surrounding views from inside or out as well as the complimentary beachy breezes.
Amenities: 3 Smart TVs with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and More including 1 TV with Basic Cable; Wireless High Speed Internet; HVAC, Ceiling Fans. Interior Washer/Dryer. Hair Dryers; Iron/Ironing Board. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Garbage Disposal, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and Blender. Covered Deck with Furniture. Covered Parking. Gas Grill. Outdoor Shower with Hot and Cold Water.

Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
