Casa Azul is a rare, full-estate oceanfront home perched above the water on the point of Yelapa Bay. Designed for large groups, families, and retreats, the property offers expansive indoor and outdoor living, panoramic views of the bay, and some of the most refined accommodations available in Yelapa. 

This is a single private property composed of an upper residence and a lower residence, rented together as one estate. The layout allows large groups to stay together while still providing privacy and separation when needed.

Casa Azul is ideal for guests seeking the highest quality and most comfortable side of Yelapa. It is not a budget stay and not intended for guests looking for the cheapest or most rustic accommodations.

Casa Azul is an oceanfront property with expansive views of Yelapa Bay. The home sits directly above the water and does not have a private beach, but beaches are nearby and easily walkable.

Access and Arrival

Yelapa is a boat-access-only village.

Most guests arrive by:

1. Flying into Puerto Vallarta

2. Taking a taxi to Los Muertos Pier

3. Taking a water taxi from Los Muertos Pier to Yelapa

Water taxi cost is approximately 550 MXN round trip. Schedules are reliable but weather dependent.

Guests should plan arrival times in advance and be comfortable with walking from the pier to the house.
