The modern kitchen includes high-quality appliances, a full cookware set, dishes, utensils, a coffee station, and everything needed for cooking meals at home. Whether you’re preparing a full dinner or a quick breakfast, the space is designed for ease and convenience.

We happily welcome dogs of all sizes and breeds. The fenced yard makes outdoor time easy and safe, and we provide simple pet guidelines to help keep the home comfortable for everyone. Maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided. Please see our house rules for specifics.

Security Cameras -
We have actively recording exterior security cameras at the front door and above the garage which records video and audio. There is also a smart garage door keypad that actively records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property. No cameras face the backyard or interior spaces.
Guest Access -
Guests staying in The Twin Pines House enjoy full, private access to: - The entire main house - The private backyard - The private hot tub - All patio and outdoor spaces - The entire 2-car garage and driveway
No other guests have access to, or visibility, into your backyard, hot tub, garage, or any private outdoor areas.
The only shared element is the driveway, which is used solely for walkable access between the two listings. Guests staying in The Twin Pines Loft (a separate unit above the detached garage) have access to:
- The shared driveway for on-foot access only—not for parking - Their private loft unit
They do not have access to the garage, parking on the property, the main house, the backyard, the hot tub, the patio, or any outdoor spaces belonging to The Twin Pines House.
Your stay remains fully private, including all parking and outdoor areas.
Need More Space? Add The Twin Pines Loft -
If your group needs more room, added privacy, or space for extended family, the Twin Pines Loft above the garage is also available. This private ADU includes its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living area. - Fast Wi-Fi ideal for remote work and streaming
- Smart TVs allow guests to stream using their own accounts. Cable TV is not included.
- A licensed technician services the hot tub weekly (quick visit). They may enter the backyard briefly to test/balance water—no access to the home.
- Washer and dryer available for guest use
- Quiet hours respected in this residential golf-course community
- We provide a starter supply of toiletries, paper products, coffee, and cleaning items.
- Our cleaning team may access the garage storage area as needed to service the loft. This access is limited to the garage only and does not affect guest privacy or use of the home.

The stay was great, we enjoyed the space. Very modern amenities inside the home. Hot tub was nice. The only complaint I would have is the neighbors dog who was loud and left a surprise on the driveway, however I know that is out of home owners control. Overall it was amazing and perfect space for big family.

Very relaxing house. I enjoyed the amenities especially the hot tub, and the laundry room was used. I can’t say enough about the master and the closet. The shower was amazing! Thank you for sharing!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. It was obvious that the host has put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they might need. The host was also very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions.The kitchen was one of our favorite parts of the home. It was well stocked, functional, and had plenty of space for preparing meals. The overall layout of the house felt spacious and worked well for spending time with family. There was plenty of space in the various rooms for everyone to spread out when they wanted to, while still having comfortable common areas that made it easy to visit, and enjoy time together.We rented the front house, and there was another couple staying in the back unit. There was never any inconveniences with the back rental being rented. The property still felt very private, almost as if we had the entire property to ourselves.There is a nearby train and some ongoing construction in the area due to new developments, but neither was bothersome. The noise was minimal and did not impact our enjoyment of the home or the property at all.Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The home was comfortable, well maintained, and exactly what we were looking for. We would absolutely recommend it to others and would happily stay there again.
