This beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom condo features bright, open living spaces and a large air-conditioned lanai where you can relax with a stunning view of the lake and championship golf course, perfect for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply unwinding in comfort.
***Please note that access to Bears Paw Country Club amenities requires an optional Temporary Membership, which carries an additional fee of $1,000 per month, paid directly to the Club. This Temporary Membership is what provides access to all community amenities, including golf, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, bocce, clubhouse, and member facilities. Without this membership, guests are welcome to stay in the condo but will not have access to any Bears Paw Country Club amenities. To fully enjoy the lifestyle and facilities of this beautiful community, the additional $1,000 per month Temporary Membership is required.***
