The host company only communicates via email or text. The written communication was not always clear. And they were sometimes completely non-responsive. I was very disappointed regarding the cleanliness of items in the kitchen. I had to wash everything before we used it. Quality of home and furnishings was very basic. I had to clean out gobs of hair before I used the washer. Sheets/mattress pad had stains. No lights for reading in bedrooms, and no nightlights in dark hallways. No fans for hot nights. We found old dog poop in the yard. The house next door looks abandoned with trash everywhere. I would have enjoyed my stay more, had the host company been more responsive and personal. I did not like that when I had difficulties, they refused to speak with me on the phone. The communication was so poor at times, I thought I was dealing with an overseas 3rd party company. They should record phone calls if they need proof of conversations instead of relying on 100% written communication. The whole process felt very impersonal, I would not choose to stay in this host management companies properties in the future.
