This condo has all the amenities you can expect from a Luxury Resort. It is handsomely decorated, including granite countertops, an abundance of cabinet space with all of the condiments and materials you need for the perfect meal, a balcony with ocean view, leather couches, upscale furniture, 4 TVs, one is a 65" Samsung Qled, the master bedroom has a 4k 55" Roku with a perfect picture and a small sound system, and the main couch is a sofa bed. You'll have access to hundreds of channels, actually, all of them, the washer and dryer are LG super-efficient, which makes doing laundry fast and perfect, and you will have access to the 1200 SF terrace that has an outdoor kitchen.
The condo also has an air fryer, slow cooker, blender, a brand new 25 cf refrigerator and ice maker, an abundance of cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. It also has a refrigerator in the master bedroom for that light night beer or snack.
The property has three pools, one of them a family pool with a small slide. It has a basketball court, a tennis court, a pickleball court, a volleyball court, a pool table and a small gym. All of the pools have large gazebos with tables and chairs. The beach is very cozy and shaded, perfect for a picnic while enjoying the ocean breezes. There are miles of sand to walk that will take you to the Rio Grande, the largest river on the island, and beyond that to the Piñones recreation area where there are dozens of restaurant choices.
The beach is perfect for buggy boards, of which the condo has 4 in addition to life vests for 5 people, including one for children. But if you want a very calm beach great for small children, there is one 5 minutes away. There are also various play areas for children on property.
We are close to the Rain forest, the Carabali Rainforest Adventure Park that has horseback riding and go-carts, the Camarero Racetrack, the Outlet Mall, the Piñones recreation and restaurant area, and to the famed Luquillo Beach with it's famed Kiosks that provide extraordinary culinary choices. Three towns over is Las Cabezas de San Juan where you can enjoy the unique experience of one of the few phosphorescent bays in the world. Even the ferry to the Islands of Culebra and Vieques is not too far. There you can enjoy spectacular snorkeling or skin diving and in Vieques you have the most brilliant phosphorescent by in the world. In Culebra you can visit the famed Flamenco Beach, rated as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Three towns over you can visit Marina Del Rey where tours of the surrounding islands are offered.
The Penthouse terrace has an outdoor kitchen with ample counter space, a stainless steel bbq, and a three-burner stove. There is a dining table with chairs and a cocktail table with two chairs. Shade is offered through 3 umbrellas, and it is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, Ten trees and bushes surround the area and It has a beautiful view of the ocean to boot.
The airport is 20 minutes away together with the famed Isla Verde area and old San Juan and luxurious Condado Area is 35 minutes away. It is the perfect place for a vacation!
