The Lagoon Pad -FULLY REMODELED in January 2023. A Modern luxurious, beach front and full lagoon view apartment with ocean views from the balcony and bedrooms. Enjoy the sunrise/sunsets overlooking the Condado Lagoon. The 30 feet long water view will leave you breathless. Enjoy the 70"tv, have a glass of wine or cup of coffee made from the Keurig coffee machine, and feel your stress melt away. We have a X Box and for the ladies a lighted makeup table. Luxury, fun, and wonderful views await.

My newly remodeled apartment is located in the heart of Condado. This apartment is located right across the beach. The views are the best in Puerto Rico. Unobstructed, full view of the Condado Lagoon and ocean views from balcony and both bedrooms.

The home is 1038 sq feet of space and is a full 2-bedroom apartment. The living room has a leather sofa bed, a bar with wine glasses, a 70" television with NETFLIX, DISNEY PLUS, HBO MAX, AMAZON PRIME INCLUDED. I also have a Microsoft X-Box with monthly gaming pass.

Master bedroom features a king bed, that has a comfortable, 12" memory foam mattress. There is a 55" flat screen tv. Also has a lighted makeup table with chair for the ladies.

Guest bedroom features a queen bed, that has a comfortable, 12" memory foam mattress. There is a 55" flat screen tv.

We also have a queen sofa bed available with memory foam.

The modern bathroom features European fixtures and sink. We have a clothes washer/dryer to use. We also provide memory foam pillows for your comfort.

The kitchen is a new European style with quartz countertops. Inside the kitchen we provide you with a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, hot water kettle heater. As well as silverware, pots, pans and plates to pretend like you are going to cook yourself dinner from scratch :-)

In term of amenities, we have got you covered. You will have access to small, yet important things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels soap, napkins, oxygen, and ocean breeze.

As mentioned, my Lagoon Pad is so perfect, you will want to stay forever. We have had guests ask... just kidding :-). (But seriously)

Wonderful stay! Near a lot of things to see and do. Host gave great suggestions and was always available. Place was clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing view and great neighborhood! We loved looking at the lagoon and seeing manatees and sea turtles. Great neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and beaches! You can hear the street noise but if you’re sensitive to that, white noise machines have been provided. The owner was super responsive and did a great job quickly responding to our needs. Check-in instructional videos were very helpful. Convenient location to lots of things in Puerto Rico!

Exceptional host

Manish was available and attentive to making sure our stay in San Juan was a wonderful one. The unit is in a quiet, safe building with parking, and it was quite comfortable for our family of four. It is a great home base for exploring the island!

A lovely stay

I stood at this property for five days and it was absolutely gorgeous! The condo was clean, accurate to the listing, and easy to find! It was in a lovely location which made my stay even more enjoyable! The host was nothing but kind and cordial! He was very easy to communicate with and was helpful throughout the booking process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for myself, my friend, and my family. I will be booking again soon!

Wonderful, spacious, clean , safe, parking and great views

For a family of five, this spacious unit was perfect. Self-parking on-site is fantastic. Clean public area, attentive parking staff, condo behind security doors, and access to all the amenities within walking distance. Manish the landlord was very helpful, responsive, and walked through the condo and gave us wonderful tips. Sweeping view of the bay was amazing and ocean view too. Open up the large windows and enjoy the breeze. The unit was clean, remodeled, and gorgeous. Well stocked full kitchen with grocery stores nearby. What a fantastic location to see the island - the whole island, as we used this as the base.

Amazing property!

We LOVED our stay here! The views were so dreamy. The location was perfect, walkable to tons of shops, restaurants and a few different beaches. One is a smaller beach protected from large waves, perfect for families. We brought our own stand up paddleboard, and there is a little dock right next to the condo where you can drop into the lagoon! The beds were super comfortable, even my kids said they didnt want to get out of bed in the morning. The living room furniture was all comfy as well. Everything inside is new and in great condition. There are 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs and even a cooler on wheels which were all very useful. Plenty of shampoo and body wash in the shower. There was nothing we needed that was not there at our fingertips. The host was super responsive and very kind. He met us in person during check-in and made sure any questions we had were answered. Gave us suggestions of places to eat and go. I would 100% recommend this fabulous property! Id love to come back and stay here again some day. Even if its for the views alone!

I bought this property in June 2022 as a place for myself. The views of the ocean and lagoon captivated me. There is no better place to have a cup of morning coffee to see the sunrise or a glass of wine to view the colorful sunsets.
