Enjoy lakefront living in this modern, newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor condo at Kapilana Resort, featuring elevated panoramic lake views and a private patio overlooking the water. Located on the third (top) floor (only 1 flight of stairs from main level parking) of a 3-story, 9-unit building, this condo offers added privacy, beautiful sightlines, and a spacious open-concept layoutâperfect for couples, families, or friends visiting Lake of the Ozarks.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtubâideal for relaxing after a day on the lake. The second bedroom includes a plush queen bed with lake views and a generous closet. The living room also offers a full-size pullout sofa to comfortably accommodate additional guests, along with a 55" Smart TV.
This thoughtfully designed condo includes stainless steel finishes, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private patio ideal for enjoying sunsets over the lake. Guests also have access to the community pool, outdoor grilling area, and exclusive discounted boat rental available only to Kapilana guests.
