Raised in a family of builders and developers, Tim spent his formative years working on high-rise construction projects throughout Manhattan—an experience that gave him a robust, hands-on understanding of the industry from the ground up. A first-generation Irish American with a keen entrepreneurial spirit, he financed his economics degree at Loyola College in Maryland through construction work and competitive scholarships, later completing graduate studies at the International School of Economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
