The Space:

Upon arrival, your guests will be welcomed by a sweet front covered porch with 2 chairs - ideal for enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee or a glass of wine with mountain views to the West. To the right of the entry hall, the living room commands your attention with an impressive hacienda style chandelier, vaulted wood beam ceilings, and a stately stacked stone fireplace. Plush seating surrounds the HDTV and fireplace - a perfect spot for lounging with friends and family. The open concept floor plan makes gathering and entertaining a breeze with a gorgeous kitchen and long dining table with bench and chair seating that flows to the outdoor living area.



The chef's style kitchen is a thoughtfully designed masterpiece /show-stopper, and will inspire the cook in the group with additional features like a gas range with pot filler, butcher block top island, stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space.



Sun-kissed and sleepy, guests will drift off to sleep in their cozy and well-appointed bedrooms.



Guest bedroom 1 features double doors, a comfortable Queen sized bed, HDTV and plenty of closet space. Down the hallway is the tastefully appointed guest bathroom, with tub/shower, laundry machines and doorway to the pool. Guest bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed, HDTV and nice natural light through two windows.



The primary suite features a sumptuous King size bed, HDTV, direct access to the pool and spa through the private patio, and an expansive private bathroom with dressing area, dual sinks, roomy walk-in shower, heated towel bars and plenty of closet space for longer stays.



Outside a secluded desert oasis beckons you. The outdoor living area features lounge seating and a fireplace. A large sparkling blue swimming pool and spa awaits with lounge chairs, an umbrella, a grill and dining table.



There is also convenient access to the guest bathroom from the pool area, as well as a private patio just off the primary bedroom. There is even a grassy area to play fetch with Fido!



Guest Access:

Per City of Palm Springs requirements, we will leave the necessary guest forms at the property for completion upon arrival. All adult guests (18 years and older) are required to review and acknowledge the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure. We kindly ask that the completed forms be signed and returned to our office to remain in compliance with local vacation rental regulations. The primary guest is also required to provide information for all vehicles associated with the reservation.

Whether you're exploring the vibrant downtown scene or enjoying the breathtaking San Jacinto Mountain views, this location is an ideal home base for your desert getaway.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay and explore the surrounding area. Downtown Palm Springs, grocery stores, local attractions, golf courses, and popular destinations are all just a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available, making it easy to get around without a car.

Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.



Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.



Interaction with Guests:

To comply with City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete a brief virtual check-in via Zoom or Microsoft Teams within 24-72 hours of arrival. Our team will contact you, typically during the week before your stay, to schedule this required appointment. During the check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, review local ordinances, and answer any questions. Please note that the guest who made and paid for the reservation must be the person checking in and must be at least 25 years old. For security and compliance purposes, access information will not be released until the virtual check-in has been completed.
