The Beach House was impeccably clean! The view of the Beach was very Nice & The Hot Tub was Great! Especially since our stay was in February. Our family absolutely loved this beach house! A new build was clean, welcoming and right on the beach. Our kids enjoyed waking up and running right out to the water. Thankfully the weather was very pleasant even in February. The location is quiet and peaceful, with 2 walkable bar and grills nearby. The sunrises were our favorite, the decks were so nice, we especially liked the 2 large captain chairs to drink hot cocoa in the morning. The upper deck had a comfy napping spot and a warm little gas fire table. Bonus, you can drive on the beach!Hope to visit again.

This is a beautiful new-build home with gorgeous décor throughout. The beach was only steps away. The large windows made it easy to enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets every day. Being pet-friendly made our stay even more special, as we could bring our fur baby along. The home felt fresh, stylish, and welcoming, and we truly loved our time here. The host was very quick to answer any questions. We would absolutely stay again!

I hesitate to leave this review because the property itself was impeccable. However I specifically asked about the barbecue grill because the plan was to spend most of the time outside at the grill. Unfortunately we couldn't get the grill to work. I'm pretty sure it had gas we could smell the gas. The lighter that they left didn't work we went to the store to buy another lighter we still couldn't get it to light. So I ended up having to cook everything in the house in one small skillet for several people. By the time all of the cooking was finished it was already dark outside and we just sat around the dining room table playing cards. It wasn't the beach experience that I had planned or had hoped. Not being able to stay outside at the grill changed the entire Dynamic of the stay. The cost for the house for one night because it was so close to the beach was fairly expensive. The fact that we didn't actually get to spend any time outside was very disappointing. But again I hesitate to leave this review because of one small issue. But that small issue completely disrupted the flow of my 60th birthday party.

We’re thrilled to hear you found the house immaculately clean and the overall property impeccable — that’s exactly what we aim for with every stay. It’s disappointing that the grill issue brought your rating down from a 10/10, especially since this is a brand-new listing that has received perfect scores from all previous guests. I truly wish you had messaged me during your stay about the grill trouble. We could have had the cleaner there within 5 minutes to resolve it. The auto-ignition light was out (which is why we left a traditional lighter), but that shouldn’t have impacted your ability to enjoy it. Because your feedback matters so much to us, we’re purchasing a brand new grill today. Even though the previous one was only 1.5 months old, we recognize how harsh the salt air and oceanfront conditions can be on metal appliances. We’re committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests, and we’ll make sure this doesn’t happen again. We hope to welcome you back in the future so we can make it up to you with a perfect stay.
