La nouvelle maison de vacances de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux meubles. 3 lits queen et 1 canapé-lit, et un ensemble de lits superposés. dort 10 confortablement. Comptoirs en granit et électroménagers en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Les autres commodités à l'intérieur comprennent la télévision par satellite dans le salon et la chambre principale. canapé et causeuse, grande table de cuisine (8), chaßne stéréo avec connexions iPod, laveuse et sécheuse, climatisation centrale et ventilateurs de chauffage et de plafond vous permettent de passer des vacances reposantes avec des souvenirs qui dureront toute une vie.

The host was amazing!!! The place was perfect! We stayed as my son wanted to propose on beach and he did!!! The house is a few steps from beach and had everything we needed and was amazing! 10 out 10 for sure!!!

Beautiful home, had everything you need in the kitchen, practically on the beach it’s so close, lots of movies to watch in the dvd library, would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Experience

This was the perfect stay for our family weekend getaway. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was literally a one minute walk which was very convenient. We plan on renting here again soon!

Fun for the weekend!

6 adults stayed here and we enjoyed the closeness to the beach. The condo was nice. Everything was provided and made the trip easy. All beach necessities were available. I will stay here again with family and friends.

Just like home !

Perfect stay! House had everything we needed and so many extras! The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were so nice - no need to pack your own! Host was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with- we will definitely stay here again- I couldn’t have picked a better place for our family vacation !

Nice stay at Sea Ray

We had a lovely stay at this cute beach house. A great space for families and groups of friends. It’s within 100 feet or so of the beach area. The owner provides an ample amount of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, a rolling cooler, sand buckets and toys, boogie boards, a skim board, etc)!

Very nice stay

We had a really nice weekend at this beautiful home! The owner was very kind and helpful too. The view was so pretty from the master bedroom... you can lay in bed and hear the waves at night. Overall stay very pleasant. Home was very clean and just a short walk over the walkway to get to beach!

Host was very friendly and helpful during check-in process! The views of the gulf were beautiful from both the front and back balconies. It was clean but not to our liking. I hate leaving negatives but the sofas were both stained, the mattresses were not comfortable for sleeping. The biggest negative of the stay was the smell and color of the water from the faucets and shower. This smell permeated into the sheets and towels, even after washing everything. I don’t think this had anything to do with the home. It may have been due to the public water from the city.

Spring Break family trip

I chose this location for a spring break trip with my two school age boys and my parents. The house was a perfect location for us, and it was a welcome retreat that constantly reminded us we were at the beach. The kitchen, living room, and dining room were ample in space and well prepared for us to make ourselves at home. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Best of all was the easy access to the beach, the view from the deck, and the access to amazing beach toys for my kids. We all enjoyed our time and are planning to return again soon.

SECONDS TO THE BEACH!!!

AWESOME LOCATION, LITERALLY A 30 SECOND WALK TO THE BEACH. THE KIDS LOVED ALL OF THE BEACH AND WATER TOYS FROM THE SHED. ALSO LOTS OF CHAIRS TO BRING TO THE BEACH. VERY RELAXING TO LOUNGE ON THE PORCH IN THE COMFY CHAIRS AND ENJOY THE OCEAN VIEWS! MANY AMENITIES NEARBY INCLUDING SEVERAL GREAT RESTARAUNTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE.

There is an ocean/bay view from every window. You are steps from the beach. Don't worry about how to get there or crossing any streets. Just walk out from the property and go to the beach whenever you would like. There is a outdoor shower to clean off the saltwater and sand.
