Un jardiniers Cottage Home devient votre Sanctuary

Si vous désirez échapper à la neige et la glace alors ceci est l'endroit idéal. Je vous propose une location de vacances, entiÚrement meublé, disponible pour 5 à 6 mois au cours de la saison d'hiver de Novembre à Mars / Avril.

Mon spacieuse rénové 800 sq. Pieds suite comprend une chambre, salle de bains principale, un salon et une cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils, y compris laveuse et sécheuse. Les installations comprennent un jardin paysager privé, isolé et spacieux avec une piscine, deux terrasses, un barbecue en plein air et un grand 14 'x 16' couvert Gazebo, entourée de paysages luxuriants et orchidées suspendues. Bien que votre espace de vie privée est un appartement séparé de ma résidence, il dispose d'une entrée de cour privée par des portes françaises garantis.

Pleasant and Convenient!

We loved the setting, which felt like our own oasis with great access to many great opportunities in the Orlando area. Kathy was such a gracious host and the cottage had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Beautiful spot!

Country in the City

Even though this is attached to the landlady's house I felt so private. The pool view from the kitchen made me feel so homey. The location is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

First visit using Vrbo

We had no issues with booking the trip online. Our stay was nice and relaxing, we had good communication constantly with Kathy. She is detail oriented and it was great waking up in the morning and eating breakfast near the poolside and that is the reason why we would recommend this location.

Very Pleased

The host was very friendly and accomadating. An excellent selection of books for reading. We planned on doing a lot of golfing and in the area the choices were endless. Close to the Atlantic coast but not the Gulf Coast for those who plan a lot of beach time. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Gardener’s Cottage

The Gardener’s Cottage was everything we needed during the last week of our month long stay in Maitland. The indoor space is perfect for two, is lovingly decorated and well equipped. The view from the huge kitchen window felt like a lush, botanical, dreamy movie set. The outdoor space which is exactly as pictured is stunning. And last but not least, Kathy is a perfect host.

charming place to stay

Kathy is very inviting and kind, but there is no way to control the heat or AC independently from her residence area. We were there during a chilly spell; the bedroom and bathroom seem poorly insulated and the windows are not very weatherproof. That said, we enjoyed the location, the interior layout, and the nearby areas very much.

There are not enough positive things to say about Cathy and her property. Safe, quiet, beautiful and private. Will absolutely be back to stay with her again. If you’re considering a trip to her area DO NOT HESITATE, book with her immediately, she is a unique, one of a kind person with a wonderful property. I’d call to thank her again personally but somehow lost the contact info.

Cottage addition

The cottage itself is very nice, but the location is very awkward to access. It has a driveway coming off a busy intersection. Overall, itbis a quaint little place, but keep in mind it is attached to the owner's house. You have no control over the A/C and we were hot every night. The sheets looked rather unclean and decided to wash them elsewhere, prior to sleeping in them. There are two twin beds that are separated by a night table.

Very Pleased 😀

The cottage is charmingly enveloped in a lush tropical garden setting with multiple patios and a pool. There are secluded areas within the garden to enjoy a cup of coffee, glass of wine, listen to the birds or gaze at the moon and stars. I was pleasantly surprised with a fresh bowl of fruit upon arrival. The supply of records/ CD's,media player, movies and books was an added bonus. Definitely a great value.

Lovely Accommodation

The cottage is clean and comfortable with good quality furniture. The outdoor area is beautiful with lots of seating choices. Kathy is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for sightseeing in the Winter Park area. We had a very enjoyable week here.

Comfortable Retreat

The Gardeners Cottage provided a peaceful place for me to retreat after dealing with stressful family issues during the day. Kathy was a welcoming and attentive host, but also provided privacy and space. The touches of luxury added to the experience: large terry towels, plentiful and nice dishes, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The location was convenient for me, with easy access to a main arterial road instead of having to use the freeway. I will definitely use the cottage again and highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful and with all the comforts of home

I stayed here for 3 months and it was exactly what I needed. Kathy was so accommodating and her guest house has everything you need to live comfortably. The pool is amazing and so private. The address may be in Maitland, but it’s so close to I-4 so you can get everywhere pretty easily. I definitely recommend it and would stay here in the future if I decided to take a contract in Orlando again.

Although I graduated from Ft. Lauderdale High School, I am not a true Floridian. I moved to Canada to continue my education and lived in Toronto before returning back to Florida twenty years ago. I missed the sunshine, beautiful weather and the all-year outdoor lifestyle. However, now I miss the sophistication of a big city and the other many amenities, including first class theatres, the wide assortment of fine restaurants, variety of performing arts and The Royal Ontario Museum.

As a young senior citizen, I am delighted to have the opportunity to share my home with like minded people.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Enjoy life to the fullest in a place, in Florida, that is know for beautiful weather all year; sunny days and average temperature in the 70's during the winter months. Relax on the deck near the pool and enjoy the privacy provided by a green Podocarpus hedge as it forms a natural privacy background screen for the pool. The pool was resurfaced several years ago with Pebbletech and the reflective aqua blue sky enhances the pool and surrounding area. The outdoor photos were taken in October of this year and this is the fall season for us in Central Florida, although everything is green, many of the flowers have stopped blooming. You can see an occasional Hibiscus, Moonflower, and Morning Glory in blossom during this time of year. This is where I spend as much time as possible and in the summertime I am in the pool on my water float with one cool drink in hand. Unfortunately, during the winter months, it is not economical to have the pool heated.
