The Space:

Make yourself at home in the bright, sun-filled rooms with soft earthy tones and a chic boho design that will have you feeling relaxed as soon as you walk through the door.



The cozy living area sits by the sliding glass doors giving you access to the cool bay breeze when you need it. Here you can relax on the sofa and stream your favorite apps or settle in for the afternoon with a blanket and your favorite book.



Cook up delicious stacks of pancakes for breakfast in the bright, open kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, high-end appliances, a coffee maker and a stylish breakfast bar with seating for three.



The two beautiful bedrooms within the unit each offer comfortable queen beds topped in hotel-quality linen, along with an ensuite bathroom off the master and a second full bathroom in the hall.



Both bathrooms come stocked with all the essentials for your stay and feature sparkling subway-tiled showers, a relaxing bath, and plenty of soft, fluffy towels for each guest.



When it’s time for some afternoon drinks with friends, step out into the gorgeous patio with bountiful hydrangeas lining the wall. Pull up a chair and soak up the sun on the outdoor lounge, then when night falls, light up the fire pit and spend an evening under the stars.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire unit, and the sunny patio filled with an inviting outdoor lounge.



You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi, free parking along the alleyway, complimentary coffee, and access to streaming apps on the smart TV..



For those with kids and little ones, there is a high chair and a pack ‘n play cot supplied within the unit so you can pack a little lighter.



The Neighborhood:

This beautiful bohemian retreat is located right in the heart of Pacific Beach which offers a lively, yet laid back atmosphere for guests to explore with parks, cafes, shops and restaurants all just a short stroll or drive away.



From the home, guests can walk to a variety of local restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as boutique shops and local markets. The Pacific Beach boardwalk is only a short drive away, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and miles of sandy beaches.



Enjoy the thrills and spills at Belmont Park (6 min drive) located right on the beach with rides for all ages, surrounded by great local food and even some shops for you to squeeze in some retail therapy.



Visit the largest water park of its kind in the world, Mission Bay Aquatic Park, which offers everything from kayaking and stand up paddle boarding to water skiing, sailing, kite surfing and everything in between. If you’d rather stay on land, families can bike ride, picnic, barbecue, or celebrate with bonfires right next to the water.



See dolphins, orcas, sea lions much more at SeaWorld just a 7 minute drive away or experience the Old Town Historic Park, an open air living history museum then wander down to the heart of pacific beach for some great shopping, food or for a night out.



Visit the picturesque Crown Point Park by the bay, a favorite green space for locals. The park is surrounded by trails, making it the perfect place for an evening walk, a picnic in the afternoon or exploring the water on a rented kayak.



For even more green space, make your way to Balboa Park with 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here you can explore 17 museums then visit the San Diego Zoo which is always #1 on the best zoos in the world list and definitely worth a visit.



Explore can’t-miss shops and hangouts in neighborhoods such as the Gaslamp Quarter, the East Village, North Park and Old Town then be spoilt for choice when it comes to food with a mix of fine dining through to food trucks serving up some of the best fish tacos you will every taste!



There is something for everyone to enjoy all just a short walk or a to 5 to 15 minute drive from your door!



Getting Around:

You will be receiving 1 parking space with the property but getting around is super easy. There is a bus station right around the corner as well as on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area. Most of my guests use RideShare programs such as Uber and Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!



This home will be stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer and iron, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
