Gather & Stay gives your group two neighboring townhouses located directly next to each other for up to 20 guests. You can gather when you want, spread out when you need to, and stay close without everyone having to follow the same schedule.
Perfect for wedding weekends, graduations, military ceremonies, family celebrations, work trips, and Weston getaways, the homes are located about 10 minutes from KCI and close to historic Weston.

Together, the two homes offer 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms.
Each home has three private bedrooms upstairs: two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. Across both homes, that gives your group 4 king beds and 2 queen beds.
Need more sleeping flexibility? Each main-level living room has two queen-size futons, giving you 4 additional queen-size sleeping spaces across the two homes.
Each home also has a full bathroom on the main level with a steam shower included with your stay, making it possible for some guests to sleep and shower without using the stairs.

Two homes mean two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, two dining areas, two sets of laundry facilities, and multiple gathering spaces.
Start coffee in one home while late sleepers rest next door. Prepare meals without crowding one kitchen. Let different families or generations have their own space while remaining just steps away from everyone else.
Both kitchens are equipped with modern appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, and everyday essentials for preparing meals for your group.
Take the gathering outside
Both homes have private fenced backyards with covered outdoor dining gazebos, gas grills, and spaces for gathering around the fire.
Each outdoor gazebo seats up to 10, giving your group even more flexibility for meals, drinks, and conversation.
One home features the enhanced backyard retreat with rocking egg chairs and a gas fire table.
A little extra relaxation
The enhanced backyard also includes a private sauna available as an optional 250-per-stay add-on. The sauna is not included with the standard reservation.
The indoor steam showers in both homes are included with your stay.
Thoughtful details for group stays
Both homes offer Smart TVs, WiFi, dedicated workspaces, washers and dryers, and keyless self check-in. Two private garages and additional driveway parking make arrival easier when several members of the group are traveling separately.
Families traveling with young children will also have access to family-friendly essentials, including high chairs and Graco Travel Dome XL crib/play-yard setups.

House Rules: Please help us maintain a comfortable and peaceful stay for everyone. No pets, parties, or smoking are permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside either home, in the backyards, or within 25 feet of the property. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–9:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property throughout the stay.
Please respect both homes, the outdoor spaces, and our neighbors. Turn off propane tanks after using the grills or gas fire features and return outdoor cushions to their storage boxes when not in use.
Optional Sauna: One of the two homes features a private backyard sauna, available for an additional $250 per stay. The sauna is not included in the standard reservation rate.
