Notre chalet dispose de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain avec double lavabo. Une chambre a un lit king, la 2ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Laveuse / sécheuse, Internet sans fil, TV avec DVD intégré Apple TV avec Netflix.
L'espace extérieur est une belle grande cour privée avec tables, chaises, foyer au propane avec
un barbecue au propane avec des sièges confortables et un bain à remous pour votre plaisir. Accès à la 2 e rue par l'entrée du portail de la cour avant. Parking privé hors rue avec accès facile à l'entrée arrière de
chalet. Garez votre voiture et laissez-la, à pied du centre-ville et des théâtres. Le propriétaire habite dans un appartement à l'étage

Great cottage for a small group or family. We really enjoyed the hot tub and private back patio. And the location is killer! Plays, restaurants, activities, and hiking were all a short walk away.

We loved everything about our stay. Stacy’s cottage is clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect location for accessing biking and hiking trails. Walking distance to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and downtown restaurants. We hope to stay with Stacy again.

Ideal location for a visit to OSF

Delightful home, perfect location, and generous host

Our three day stay in Ashland to take in a few plays and enjoy the beautiful town was really enhanced by Stacy‘s kind hosting. Perfect in Every Way

We really enjoyed staying at Stacy's 2nd Street Cottage. It was close to the plays, grocery shopping, the center of town, and the main road to the freeway. The cottage had everything we needed including a lovely area for outside eating.

Fabulous cottage

Stacy’s cottage was just lovely, and so well located. Kitchen well equipped. Little gas fireplace so nice on cool nights. She even provided us with cushions to take to the theater.

Wonderful stay all around.

This is such a wonderful place with a beautiful backyard patio. The house is clean, quiet and conveniently located just a few blocks from the festival , so there is no need for driving and parking downtown since everything you need is in walking distance. We never had the chance to meet our host, but we did meet her mother who lives in the front cottage. She was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in Ashland.

I have owned this property since 2005. I truly enjoy living downtown Ashland so close to theaters, Lithia Park and all the downtown activities.

The best location in town! This location is quiet and easy stroll to town ,theaters, Lithia Park and University. The cottage is also very close to the Ashland food co-op, Safeway and the downtown library. Great location for biking the bike path and great hiking and mountain biking trails above Lithia Park.

Large private outdoor courtyard fully furnished for dining or just relaxing by outdoor fountain or hot tub . Favorite activity for most of our guests on a cool evening is sitting on sofas around firepit enjoying a glass of wine or favorite drink.
Electric outlet in guest parking area . City of Ashland has free EV Charging in public lot one block away
Location is everything!. Once you are here park and walk. Multiple tour companies will take you wine tasting or rafting
