The FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN makes meal prep a breeze as the kitchen is equipped with plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, cookware, and utensils—everything you need for a seamless stay. GAS stove with griddle!!
Pantry for food storage.

- A COFFEE Lovers dream!! Phillips 3200 will create a latte, espresso & cappuccino with the push of a few buttons ( beans included). TEA supplies too! Pick your favorite coffee maker stored in bar: French press, aero press, percolator and electric kettle.

- The large Pottery Barn DINING TABLE SEATS 8-10, ideal for shared meals and celebrations.

- Buffet holds adult games on both sides.

- One floor living with Master suite on one side of the home and two bedrooms/shared bath on other side of the home.

• Autumn themed Bedroom #1: King bed with ensuite with double sinks shower and separate spa tub
• Winter themed Bedroom #2: Queen bed w/ bassinet and pack and play.
• Spring themed Bedroom #3: Queen bed w/ dog crate
- ALL bedrooms come with modern CHARGING STATIONS for all your electronic needs.
•Shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo complete the main level.

2nd Level
• Summer Camp themed sleeping area with 2 Queen beds and sofa that converts to double bed.
Room is 21x16!

- Seasonal amenities, available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, include a community pool, lake with beach access, clubhouse with a snack stand, and a playground. Guests can also take advantage of the tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts.

-The lake provides opportunities for swimming, kayaking, paddle boating (with kayak and paddle boat rentals available during the summer), and picnicking along the shoreline. It’s an ideal place to spend a relaxing day on the water. The lake is periodically stocked, allowing for catch-and-release fishing.

* Guests enjoy proximity to hiking trails, outdoor adventures, and top attractions including Big Boulder, Jim Thorpe, Whitewater Rafting, Pocono Raceway, Pocono Premium Outlets, and nearby state parks. It’s the perfect blend of peaceful retreat and convenient adventure.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house both inside and outside, the private OUTDOOR SHOWER located in the backyard, and the Towamensing Trail Community Amenities.

Towamensing Trail Community Amenities Include:
A community lake with a beach, community pool, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, playground, clubhouse with snack stand, and hiking trails.

You can enjoy swimming, kayaking, or paddle boating (kayak and paddle boat rentals are available during the summer season) and picnicking around the lake. It's a great spot to spend a day on the water or just relax by the shore. The lake is periodically stocked with fish, so you can fish (catch and release).
