Le Treehouse est un 2 chambres, 1 salle de bains cabine niché dans les arbres dans le Sud Toe River Valley de Burnsville, NC à quelques minutes de la pêche en eau douce, le Blue Ridge Parkway, et le mont Mitchell Golf Course. Profitez de la meilleure randonnée, le golf, et des paysages en Caroline du Nord occidentale. Bien sûr, il ya aussi beaucoup à dire sur le porche séance et de détente dans la nuit par un feu crépitant. Heureusement, nous avons que trop!

Séjourner à l'Treehouse a tous les meilleurs aspects d'un séjour dans un chalet confortable dans les bois, avec toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour maintenir le confort de créature de la maison. Lorsque vous sortez sur le pont surdimensionné vous êtes entouré par le paysage naturel de la belle Caroline du Nord-Ouest, avec des routes principales, des voisins bruyants ou vues obstructives, instantanément vous attirer dans les images, les sons et les odeurs (ahhh les odeurs) de la vallée. Versez-vous une bière ou un verre de vin et de saisir une Adirondack; vous êtes à regarder Mt. Mitchell, le plus haut sommet est de la rivière Misssissippi. Grill sortir et dîner sur le pont, quand il se refroidit, confortable en face de la cheminée en pierre, et quand vous êtes prune tuckered de trop de plaisir et de détente, se blottir dans une partie de la literie plus confortable que vous avez jamais dormi dans ; il n'y a pas de sommeil la nuit comme une nuit de sommeil dans les montagnes. Sur un matin ou le soir à pied, il est pas rare de voir des cerfs dans la prairie juste au-dessus de la propriété, et bien sûr, nous ne sommes qu'à un saut du terrain de golf, une benne de la belle rivière South Toe (complet avec de nombreuses cascades), et un saut de l'incroyable Blue Ridge Parkway!

Asheville est à seulement une heure avec certains des restaurants les plus étonnantes, les brasseries et la musique en direct, ainsi que la Chambre de Biltmore et le Grove Park Inn.

I've lost count on the number of trips to The Treehouse! We have made it a yearly trip! The whole gang loves the beauty---the view is spectacular! We spent a lot of time in the adirondack chairs and at the picnic table enjoying the view and cooking out! We did venture out to hike the Roaring Fork Waterfall---breathtaking! We look forward to our next visit!

Really enjoyed staying here with my son. The cabin has a beautiful view of the mountains and is very cozy. The shower is amazing. A great treat after a day of hiking. Roaring Fork is right around the corner with a beautiful waterfall. I would stay here again.

My wife and I love this cabin. It is always clean and comfortable with striking views of Mount Mitchell and surrounding mountains. This was a first November visit and the colors of the trees were amazing. Highly recommend this cabin for a peaceful getaway and the town of Burnsville has some great restaurants for dining options.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and this was my first solo trip. I felt entirely comfortable as a woman traveling alone in this area. The treehouse has consistently been a wonderful place to stay - you can tell it is cared for as somebody’s home yet you do not feel like you are intruding into somebody else in the space. I booked a return visit before I even left!

Gorgeous Relaxing Mountain Retreat

We grilled, hiked, played games, did puzzles, read, and just enjoyed coffee and drinks on the porch overlooking the mountain view. It was absolutely perfect.

My wife and I love this property and would HIGHLY recommend for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The cabin is always clean and the views of Mt. Mitchell are always spectacular, changing slightly as the sun and clouds move throughout the day. The wraparound deck, fireplace and fire pit are favorite features. Burnsville and Little Switzerland are both short drive destination points that offer some great food and drinks if there is a need to venture out.We have stayed several times and have never had a bad experience or a surprise. Communication with the owner is excellent. We have already booked two more trips for next year. This is also a great value given its location.

A little piece of heaven on earth

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Treehouse! I've lost count on the number of times we have stayed there but it's definitely our favorite! The view is literally breathtaking. You can sit on the deck for hours taking it all in. We look forward to next time!

NC Treehouse Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin in the western NC mountains. The views of Mt. Mitchell from the deck and from the large picture windows were outstanding. The frequent visitors to the hummingbird feeder were an unexpected bonus.

This property is well kept and nicely furnished. The location is private and picturesque! There is a gas furnace and fireplace that kept us quite comfortable. We would highly recommend this rental.

This was a lovely cabin in the Blue Ridge mountains. Incredible view of the mountains from cabin. Very close to an outstanding golf course. The thing that could use updating is the king size mattress.

Another amazing stay

Our third trip to "Treehouse" and is consistently a great experience. The property is everything as described and we have already reserved two future visits this year based upon the limited availability over the next months. James is an extraordinary host who takes pride in sharing his home with others. We highly recommend this property for a relaxed getaway. It is tranquil with an incredible view of Mount Mitchell staring at you from the wrap around deck and dining table. This view and the massive wood burning fireplace makes the property one of the best values in North Carolina. Come and see.

Welcome to our Treehouse! We are James & Cameron McKeever. We live full time in Ozona, Florida, a small coastal city on the West coast of Florida near the Clearwater Beach area. Throughout our travels of the US, we have discovered and hold true to the belief that these are the best two places a person can possibly find! We try to spend as much time at the Treehouse as we can, and it is truly our second home, not just a rental. We only hope you enjoy staying in our home as much as we do!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We found the Treehouse while visiting the area with friends who also had property in the South Toe River Valley. Out of the five or six properties we looked at, this was the first and only I (Cameron) needed to see. When we walked in, it felt exactly like my Grandfather’s cabin we used to stay in growing up as a kid. We had the greatest memories of that little cabin in the woods, and couldn’t wait to make our own. With James surrendering to the fact that there’s simply no competition for fond childhood memories, we bought it in 2005, and over the past several years not only have we put our blood, sweat, tears and hearts into it (we just call it ‘good mojo’), but we have fallen head over heels in love with the South Toe Valley for it's nature, rivers and art, Asheville for it's music and vibe and wonderful Burnsville for it's dining, brewery, culture, events and community!
Leaving is always a heartbreak!

The house is away from roads and very private, with a large open deck nestled in the trees, and view of Mount Mitchell. Inside amenities include modern appliances and a fully stocked kitchen, HVAC, comfortable bedding, a newly updated bathroom & stacked stone fireplace.
Open living room has a wall of windows and brings the outside in, and the dining table has a view. There is a small tv but you won't need it :)
Feels like a cozy cabin in the woods (I mean...it is) but with all the modern conveniences!
