You can hike Pico Mountain from your backyard or walk ¼ mile to access the Appalachian Trail, the Long Trail, and the Catamount Cross Country Ski trail.

Your kids will love the Killington Adventure Center, which is just 6.3 miles up the road and offers zip Line racing, The Beast Mountain coaster, a sky ropes course, a bike park, and a bungee trampoline area.

The sparkling clean Chittenden Reservoir and Lefferts Pond are about 20 minutes away. Both places are ideal for hiking, kayaking, fishing and swimming. Lefferts Pond even has a rope swing! Water shoes are recommended due to the beaches’ rocky bottom.

The Mendon Mini Golf and Snack bar is less than 10 minutes away and offers nearly 30 different flavors of ice cream.

Grownup golfers are only 12 minutes from the Killington Golf course. This par 72 championship course includes a practice facility with a 12,000 square foot putting green and practice bunker. You’ll find the Killington Clubhouse on the 19th hole, where you can enjoy outdoor dining as well as a variety of beer, wine and specialty drinks.

The condo’s new owners (as of December 2025) have installed a new sleeper sofa, two new sleeper chairs, four new leather, swivel bar stools with lumbar support, and a new refrigerator and microwave. The memory foam queen mattress is also new - and super comfy!

If you're a clean freak, you'll love this place. As frequent VRBO guests themselves, the owners know what it's like to spend their vacation in a dirty, disappointing home. They’ll do whatever it takes to make your stay perfect!

You won't find old, flaking, cookware in the kitchen, but you will find plenty of storage for your groceries. You'll also find plenty of shelf space in the bathroom for your toiletries.

Your stay also includes free internet and cable tv with Netflix.

Most Pico condominiums, including ours, do not have air conditioners due to the cooler mountain climate. We use a fan to cool the condo on the rare occasions when it's necessary.

The Pico Fitness Center is located on the property. Although it's not part of the Condo Association, condo guests may purchase day passes for $17.
