Finca Carmina in Pollensa

Stylish 3-bedroom finca in the sought-after area of La Font between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The finca is surrounded by extensive, well-kept gardens and is a true oasis of tranquillity with unique views.

Finca Rullan is located close to Pollensa's old town in an area called La Font. Pollensa and the harbour of Puerto Pollensa are in a very short driving distance. Pollensa's picturesque old town is only about 3 kilometres away. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Carmina is spread over 2 floors and offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

It is tastefully furnished and a collection of artworks by local, well-known contemporary artists adds a special touch. On the semi-open-plan ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. Adjacent and separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar is the living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and large French doors leading to the pool terrace, as well as a dining area with a long rectangular table. The spacious master bedroom with double bed, sofa, patio doors to the terrace/pool/garden and en-suite bathroom completes the ground floor.

Stairs lead to the first floor with 2 further bedrooms: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with pull-out bed, which are sharing a family bathroom with bathtub. The open-plan mezzanine overlooking the living area offers an additional single bed for a 7th person (available on request only). A further shower room is located at the rear of the villa and is accessible from the outside. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms with set operating times from 20:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

Finca Carmina is surrounded on three sides by a covered terrace. There is a dining area right next to the kitchen, which leads to a chill-out area with sofa and chairs. The fantastic outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven, sink and worktop has another dining table. The pool with comfortable Roman steps is paved on two sides and equipped with comfortable sun loungers, parasol and a further table and chairs. The entire property is surrounded by extensive gardens and lawns, offering plenty of privacy and seclusion, and the views from the pool area to the mountains are spectacular.

Children are welcome, a baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. For each additional baby there is a mandatory charge of € 7.00/night for an additional baby cot.
Pets are not allowed.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed operating hours.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days can be added.
Towel change once a week and final cleaning are included in the price.
1 change of bed linen and a light intermediate cleaning is included for stays of 2 weeks.
