Ce condo de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, d’une superficie de 2700 pieds carrĂ©s, est un espace ouvert avec une vue magnifique. La cuisine a un remodelage incroyable, ainsi que de nombreuses fonctionnalitĂ©s amĂ©liorĂ©es cette annĂ©e. La suite parentale a un nouveau lit king size, 32 "TV / DVD Ă  Ă©cran plat et salle de bain privĂ©e complĂšte (dernier Ă©tage). La 2Ăšme (Ă©tage intermĂ©diaire) et la 3Ăšme chambres sont toutes deux Ă©quipĂ©es d'un lit king-size avec tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble. La 4Ăšme chambre est dotĂ©e de 2 lits superposĂ©s, ainsi que d'une belle table de billard (rez-de-chaussĂ©e). Le salon dispose d'un mobilier contemporain somptueux, d'une cheminĂ©e, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e avec cĂąble et lecteur DVD de 55 pouces. Il y a deux ponts privĂ©s qui ont un jacuzzi 6 places (pont arriĂšre) et un barbecue Ă  gaz (pont avant). Il s’agit d’un emplacement idĂ©al Ă  Deer Valley, permettant un accĂšs facile aux pistes de ski de Deer Valley et de Park City, ainsi qu’à un lieu trĂšs privĂ© offrant une vue dĂ©gagĂ©e sur l’espace dĂ©gagĂ© de Deer Valley avec ses pins et ses trembles. Il y a un garage pour une voiture et deux places de stationnement devant le condo, plus une nouvelle laveuse / sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur au niveau infĂ©rieur. Everything was great, the condo was stocked with more than we expected, location was amazing 2 minutes away from both Park City Mountain Village and Deer Valley.

Spring Break '25

We had a great time skiing at Deer Valley. The property location is great!! We were able to hop on the bus for rides to Snow Park to ski and into town for food and shopping. The weather was so nice, and the location so convenient, that we walked to Snow Park and into town multiple times.

Good location and space for a ski group

We stayed with our 2 kids, and 2 other couples for a ski trip. The condo was nice, well equipped and in a good location with quick access to the slopes with a short car or bus ride. Close proximity to old town. Would definitely stay here again!

Ski trip

The house was large, clean and very nice. Location to deer valley is great. It’s two minutes from the mountain. We had our kids in ski school and the drop off was so close. The hot tub after a day on the slopes is always nice

Deer Valley 2024 family ski trip

Condo did not match the photos on vrbo listing—looked much more updated in photos. Place needed to be updated especially the bathrooms. Carpets were stained and needed to be replaced. Rug in living room was worn out. Downstairs bedrooms were very cold. Old garbage was left in the pull out garbage drawer. There wasn’t enough lighting on the main floor/kitchen area—very dark. Overall, the location was good, but the accommodations did not match the large amount of money we paid for the rental.

Family Ski Vacation

Our family of nine enjoyed staying here for our ski trip. I'll list pros and cons: Pros: - Plenty of room - Super convenient location for getting to the slopes with the bus stop a very short walk down the driveway - Well stocked kitchen with a crockpot, spices, 3 coffee makers (drip and Keurig), plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware/pots and pans - Hot tub was great-especially since it is on the upper deck and looks out to nothing but nature - Mats are provided for wet snow boots on - Humidifiers, space heaters and fans provided for every bedroom - Extra blankets and pillows available - Very quiet even though it's off the main road into the resort - Pump dispensers with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dish soap provided Cons: - We felt like it wasn't well cleaned. There was pink mold in the bathtubs that I cleaned with some Clorox that was under a bathroom sink. We also found clothing made up in one of the bunk beds - Only one thermostat so controlling temperature could be an issue. Other reviewers have complained about the downstairs being too cold, but we were very comfortable - There were no baking dishes for making casseroles (9x13 pans). I bought aluminum pans from Walmart - Toilets are VERY low - The 2 bathrooms downstairs have been partially updated, but the sinks are too big for the space and leave no room on the counters - We had 6 adults but were only given 3 spa towels We had a great time and the location and ease of getting around was amazing!!

Heaven on Earth

Our family (60-3 yrs of age), had the best time celebrating our 60 year old! Deer Valley was fabulous and our stay at this VRBO was a perfect PERFECT location for our group. We were on the bus line but us was super simple just to drive and park in the ski parking lot. My only worry was Covid and I was concerned that between airlines cancelling trips and the pandemic, that our group of 10 may have had to cancel. I wish the owner would have given us a credit had either of those events effected our family. Fortunately that ended up not being a problem but that would have been a good to have had that worry alleviated. That was my only complaint
..Otherwise It was Heaven on Earth! We had a blast and the property was very nice and clean and perfect for us.

Beautiful Condo, lots of room!

We had a wonderful time! Do not allow the pictures to mislead you, this is a condo in between many. The place was clean and as expected. I will mention provided items (toilet paper, trash bags... ext.) are the cheapest you can buy. When renting other VRBO homes in the past, the quality of these items are a lot better with plenty provided. Also there is not any heating in the room with the bunk beds. This is not mentioned, we had to take the blankets from other areas to keep the kids warm. Otherwise a great experience. Hot Tub is amazing.

Convenient, Clean and Cookin'

This house had a real kitchen with all the things my friend needed to cook up a storm. Often I find myself looking for utensils that a normal kitchen has but seem to be missing in a rental house. It was close enough to walk to main street. Deer Valley base was even closer.

The house was in a great location. My complaint was the cleanliness of the property. The downstairs bedroom had dog hair all over the sheets and the floors were very dirty with dirt and dog hair.

This home was everything we expected and more!!! The location is a few minute walk to Main Street. The views are unreal. So much space in this house. Absolutely recommend this home and we will be back.

Location, Location!

We rented this condo to house three families for a family reunion and it was just perfect for our needs. The master bedroom was lovely and spacious and allowed us, the grandparents, a quite getaway from the action. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and by reorganizing the living area a little, although we could only seat 8 people, we were able to feed and socialize with three other families by using the balcony as extra space. Our kids did a little exploring on the mountainside behind the condo, and we all loved having the Deer Valley Plaza across the street for meals, walks, paddleboarding, playing games, etc. We loved being able to walk up the Deer Valley Resort for the free evening concert and for early morning walks. This is our new favorite place to stay in Park City/Deer Valley!

Deer Valley at it's FINEST. Mahalo for making the Hawaii Transplants LOVE Park City!!

This staff at Park City Vacation Rentals is AMAZING! They made sure we had everything we needed including groceries, snow was removed from the driveway and we even got picked up from the airport!!! Total plush 5 star treatment all the way around. We may try to stay at another one of their properties next time we come to town but we will definitely stay with PCVR. Jessee and Cat even gave us some extra stocking caps for the kids because they forgot to bring warm clothes. It was just an awesome vacation...

Great place for a getaway in Park City!

We fit eight people very comfortably in this unit; the unit had everything we needed to support ourselves and we therefore cooked meals for the majority of our time there. We clocked a 15 minute walk to get to downtown Park City - very manageable! Everything was great, my only issue was that the water heater was still set on vacation mode when we got there, so it took a while once we reset it to get hot water - an easy fix for next time though!

Convenient, spacious, clean, value condo near our favorite ski resort

Deer Valley Ski resort is only 1/2 mile away! The shuttle bus stop from this condo is only about 50 paces. It takes less then 5 minutes from the door of the condo to being dropped off at the ski resort. The kitchen/dining/family area is spacious and open and family friendly. Yet the rooms and baths are very private. Kitchen has new appliances, granite counter tops and is well stocked. Deck hot tub is also very private with beautiful views. Our only complaint would be the small front entry way getting easily congested when arriving and leaving with ski gear. Definitely will stay here again.

Location, Location, Location!

Fabulous condo with convenience to Park City and the slopes of Deer Valley. Walk to the city or the slopes or ride the shuttle that stops just a few steps away. My husband and I stayed with 2 other couples and everyone enjoyed privacy and their own bathroom. Kitchen well equipped, hot tub a huge plus after a long day on the slopes. Excellent views, very clean. Highly recommend this condo.
