River View Double Queen Cabin #22

Newly built in 2018, this River View Deluxe Double Queen cabin was constructed in a duplex configuration adjacent to Cottage #21 that has a king bed. Each cottage has its own enclosed porch for privacy and can be enjoyed separately. A sliding door divides the two porches, and this set up can be ideal for families or friends travelling together to share the duplex cottages.

We are a pet friendly property with a maximum of 2 pets allowed for this cabin.

• Free parking space for 1 vehicle adjacent to the cabin
• Porch overlooking the Guadelupe River
• Two queen beds

• Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods
• Full bathroom with shower/tub combo
• Hairdryer
We are committed to providing a safe and peaceful environment for all guests. Please review the following policies:

• Prohibited Activities: No drugs, illegal activities, or fireworks are allowed on the property.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. daily.

• No smoking inside and around cottages. Violators will be fined $250 per occurrence. Designated smoking areas are available near the outdoor fire pits.

• Pets: We welcome dogs but do not allow cats, birds, fish, farm animals, or reptiles.
o Keep pets leashed or kenneled while on the property.
o Clean up after them.
o No pets on furniture or comforters.
o Do not leave pets alone in the cottage for more than 3 hours.

• Parties & Events: Not permitted without prior written approval from RTC management.

• Children: We welcome families, but cottages are not baby/childproof and do not include baby amenities.

• Photography & Filming: Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.

• Laundry: Onsite laundry facilities are unavailable, but a laundromat and dry cleaning services are nearby.
