Vous devez avoir 25 ans pour louer cette maison! Sand Y Sol est une merveilleuse description de cette superbe maison de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 13 personnes. Cette maison est plus de 2400 pieds carrés d'un duplex sur Sandy Lane. Il dispose d'un spacieux salon et salle à manger et d'une cuisine entièrement équip��e avec un mur de fenêtres donnant sur l'un des ponts et offrant une vue panoramique sur le golfe. Chacune des 4 chambres a une salle de bain complète et un lecteur TV / DVD.

Une chambre avec un lit queen est située à l'étage principal. À l'étage sup��rieur se trouve une immense chambre des maîtres comprenant une télévision, un lit king-size pour votre confort de sommeil et des portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur une terrasse privée donnant sur le golfe. Il y a une autre chambre queen à l'étage aussi. La quatrième chambre a 2 ensembles de lits superposés et une télévision.

Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont également situées à l'étage. Une douche extérieure pratique se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, à côté des escaliers menant au pont principal. Les autres commodités comprennent un parking couvert, un barbecue à charbon, 5 télévisions par satellite, une connexion Wi-Fi, un son surround, un lecteur DVD dans le salon, des DVD pour la famille, des livres, des jeux de soci����té, une planche à repasser et un Pac-N-Play.

La plage est facilement accessible à pied depuis la porte d'entrée. Si vous préférez ne pas emporter votre parasol et vos chaises de plage, un parking est disponible à proximité de l'accès �� la plage. La piscine communautaire et le bain à remous sont à seulement 2 maisons, sans rues animées �� traverser. .

Il est à 3 km de l'historique Fort Morgan, à 6 km du parcours de golf de Kiva Dunes et de la plantation Gulf Shores. La marina de Fort Morgan se trouve de l��autre c��té de l’autoroute, du c��té de la baie, pour la pêche, ainsi que le restaurant-bar Tacky Jacks II. Le ferry de Mobile Bay est à 2, 5 km pour des traversées en ferry vers l'île Dauphin. Chartes de pêche à proximité, location de vélos et de jet-skis, croisières touristiques.
Cette maison est une location obligatoire du samedi au samedi à partir du week-end du souvenir.

Great family vacay in a beautiful place!

The home was great and even better than expected. (There pics don't do it justice) The view was great and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the 9 people in our party (even more than we needed!). The pool was close by and they had plenty of floats and beach chairs for it use. The kitchen was well stocked plus they had an extra stand alone ice maker! There were plenty of board /card games and other such games so don't pack too much! Do bring a Firestick or Roku for family movie night or the kids.

Awesome trip in Golf Shores!

We had a group of nine adults and the location of the house was about a block from the beach. It was very convenient. I like to be fair to the owner of the property and future renters. This beach house is located in a quiet part of Fort Morgan which is about a19 mile drive from Orange Beach. Orange Beach is basically the closest town where you can find all the restaurants and tourist places. The beach house itself needs a little TLC. The tables were sticky; chairs were worn; beds were hard; needA few new toilets and some caulking around the tub; the TVS didn’t keep a good connection so we just went without; it’s a great house but with a little updating, it would be much more comfortable. The pros was the kitchen was well stocked; towels were provided; two washers and dryers which was convenient for the number of guests we had; and the check in was extremely easy. We actually arrived early and they had no problems allowing us to check in early.... very accommodating. The house had a lot of room. We had a great time.

This property put our minds at ease with location and space. All of our kids really enjoyed it! Only recommendation is a bigger kitchen! We cooked the entire time, so it was a tight space to do that with, but it all worked out :)

The only complaint would be the water, you get either hot and hotter or warm and colder for showers. The hot water at the kitchen sink did not get very hot either. With that being said that a minor thing. Our experience was beyond what we expected and would rent this location again.

Perfect family beach vacation!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. It was a short walk to the beach and 3 houses from the pool. The view from the back porch was beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved it!

The ice machine in the house quit working while we were there. The staff was quick to respond and even though they wound up having to hire an outside contractor to make the repair, it was up and running within two days. This is a pet friendly community. So if that matters to you one way or the other, keep this in mind.

Spring Break for the family

The home was spotless and a perfect size for our large family, and had all the furnishings & amenities needed to have a great stay. Listening to the waves and watching the sunrise each morning from the deck was one of my favorites. Although the water was cool, we enjoyed our time at the beach each day, and a few visits to the pool as well. We saw dolphins daily! The short walk to the beach was made easier with the beach cart that was provided. We look forward to returning to this community.

The house has a great lay-out with plenty of space in the living areas/bedrooms along with spacious bathrooms.The view of the ocean was breathtaking at sunset. We had a house full of boys who found plenty to do with the pools, short walk to the beach, and even a day spent walking to the Fort. We liked the quietness of this subdivision and enjoyed taking one day to go into the busyness of Gulf Shores (a short drive). We hope to come back again!!

A quiet get away.

Two problems, the store is 30 miles away, so make a list so you don't run short. 2nd my wife fell down the stairs at the bar tacky jacks. 3 weeks later no help from them. Still the home was a perfect vacation. Sitting on the deck in the morning sun just chilling with a cup of coffee.

Great House with a wonderful View

We came here last Summer with my family. The house is decorated very beautifully! It is one of the cleanest houses I have ever been in. The house is not directly beach front but it does have a beautiful view and you can sit on the back porch and listen to the waves. The rental company staff was very nice as well. I can't wait to come back down to Fort Morgan!
