Couldn't be better.

This place really has it all. Cozy feel, relaxing furnishings, more amenities than I could possibly list. The games that are supplied were great, the fire pit, outdoor bar, just everything was great. Couldn't be happier. We brought our 5 kids and this place couldn't have been better.

Perfect hilltop oasis

We had an amazing stay here and would absolutely come back! The cabin had everything we could possibly need — they really thought of everything. The hot tub, fireplace, and little bar area made it feel extra cozy and relaxing after long hiking days. The location tucked away in the hillside gave it the perfect Rocky Mountain feel while still being close to Rocky Mountain National Park, which was ideal for us since we love hiking and being outdoors. Everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and well cared for. This was exactly the mountain getaway we were hoping for, and we’d definitely stay here again!

To stay at this property is very relaxing

This property was so warm, cozy and inviting very well stocked for what you need to prepare your meals. Everywhere you look there is something new to see if you don’t know how to work something. Don’t worry because it is labeled all over everywhere which is a big help. This place actually felt like a mountain spa to me and I will actually be booking this property again and again.

The Overlook was what we expected and more - so fun! Rustic charm and an amazing view, particularly if you make it out onto the front porch or yard for sunrise. The fire pit was the central point in the evening and the games were fun for our group. Kitchen has everything you need, and an obvious focus on coffee was appreciated. Close to downtown, but far enough away to feel like you are in the Rockies for sure. Parking was fine for two big SUVs, might be a little tough if you had three cars. We also thought this was great for six sleeping, and fine for a larger gathering in the outdoor space, just might be cozy for more than six sleeping.
