Main Level Living- Gathering and Master Suite

The heart of the home features an open floor plan with a vaulted-ceiling living room, plush leather seating, and a stunning stone gas fireplace. Expansive windows let in natural light and forest views, creating the perfect space to gather. The fully equipped kitchen incudes granite countertops, modern appliances, and seating for 10 at the dining table and breakfast bar. The main level also includes the Master Bedroom, offering a king bed, cozy gas fireplace, and an ensuite bath with dual granite vanities and a walk-in shower.

Upper Level- Comfortable Sleeping Quarters

The upstairs level provides two spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 2 offers a King bed, while bedroom 3 includes two queen beds plus a seating area, making it ideal for families or groups. A shared bathroom with updated finishes completes this level.

Lower Level- Entertainment & Extra Space

The downstairs level is designed for fun and relaxation. Here you will find Bedroom 4 with a queen bed, as well as a second family room furnished with leather seating a loveseat, and TV/DVD for movie nights. The Garage includes a ping pong table, adding another option for entertainment. Additional storage and linen closets are also located on this level.

House was perfect for our group of 7. We were in town for Vacation Series Half marathon and to visit Rocky Mountains National Park. House was perfect for our needs. Beautiful place and fully stocked for us to be able to cook dinner each night. The pastry place across the street was a fantastic addition.

This was a seamless rental. Everything was as it said and more. I would highly recommend renting with them. When we arrived we saw wild turkeys and there were signs of deer but we didn’t see any. The river running below was peaceful as was the whole area. The house was everything we needed. Easy drive into town for anything needed.

All was pretty good except for a couple of things: 1) When we arrived the house was 90 degrees because someone had the master fireplace on. It took several hours of air conditioning and open windows to get the house cooled off, and 2) Just the opposite issue…It got pretty cool our last 2 mornings and we wanted to turn on the main livingroom fireplace but there was no way to turn it on. After calling and emailing, I never received a response. We used the heating system instead. Overall, a nice place and stay. Just a very unresponsive management group.

Everything was just as advertised and better. Close to town but just far enough away for peace and quiet.Host family extremely helpful with suggestions for activitiesand area attractions.Definitely stay here again.Had 4 cow and one bull elk 25 yards from deck first morning having coffee.

Great Stay

Very tidy and lovely property, we all had a great time at this place. The location was incredible, not too far from the town. Host was also very helpful, available at all times when I had any questions.

Because we had a new member to the family the stay was comfortable with what we needed. We grilled out in the evening and enjoyed the deck. The location was great being close to what we were going to do but far enough for quiet. Communication ahead of time was great for needed choices. It was a great stay!!

Great weekend getaway!

We so enjoyed having all our family together for a few days of relaxation. The house had everything we needed and to be able to sit on the deck, look out at the trees and hear the river was priceless.

The house is extremely well equipped and is just like it looks. Plenty of room and very cozy. Estes Park is small and lovely and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only 5 miles away.

Wonderful home and fully stocked kitchen! Check in was easy and home was close to the park entrance. Loved the fact that there was a ping doing table in the garage, especially for a rainy afternoon. Proximity to the Big Thompson allowed for great access for fly fishing.
