World Cup 2026 Booking Terms
• 7-night minimum stay
• Full payment required at time of booking
• All reservations are Non-Refundable.*

*The sole exception to non-refundable is, if FIFA officially cancels all FIFA World Cup matches scheduled to be played at Seattle Stadium, or officially relocates those matches to another host city, your rental charges will be refunded. In that event only, a refund of rental charges paid to the host will be issued. This exception is provided solely to protect guests in the event of this specific and unforeseen circumstance.

• By booking, guests confirm they have reviewed and agree to these terms.

Pool & Hot Tub Safety Disclosure
• This property includes a private swimming pool and hot tub. No lifeguard is on duty. While the backyard is fully fenced, the pool and hot tub are directly accessible from the house and fenced yard, and are not separately fenced or locked.
• Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times.
By booking this property, guests acknowledge that pool and hot tub use is at their own risk and accept full responsibility for all members of their party. This acceptance must be in writing before rental agreement is final.
