YesThe chef’s kitchen stood out for me because I am a chef. Great amenities a pleasure to cook in that environment. The view spectacular absolutely spectacular.

The Steilacoom Lake with dock home is on a beautiful location. It was fully stocked and suited our needs fairly well. The beds and bathrooms are not suited well for those with disability issues (Tall beds and tall entrances into showers). Otherwise we had a lovely family time.

Quirky home in great lake Steilacoom location

The home suited our needs perfectly. We used it as additional sleeping space for a large family get together in Lakewood. It was clean and comfortable. The interior decoration made you feel like you were aboard a ship but without the cramped quarters. We rented in December. It would be even better in the summer when you could take advantage of the kayaks and pickleball court

Beautiful lake view and roomy accommodations

Beautiful property tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a wonderful view of the lake in a private setting. Accommodations were nice. I would stay here again!

Great property, great location. Only negative comment is on the cleanliness of the property - not terrible but I had to wipe down counters upon our arrival and many of the extra sheets looked dirty. Entire property would benefit from a good, deepl cleaning.

Great view and access to the lake. Geoff made sure the house has all the toys you'll ever need. The house is very well stocked with kitchen tools, soaps, blankets, and pillows.

Fun house and location!

House was cozy but roomy enough to spread out. Well-stocked with everything we needed. Location was great for seeing a lot of different places!

The house location is one of the few positive comments I have about this property, along with the fact there were plenty of towels and the sheets on the beds appeared clean. However, the house itself was filthy. The floors were sticky, furniture in one of the bedrooms was covered in dust, one of the coffee makers had molded coffee grounds in it, both bathtubs had hair in them, the shower curtain had mold on it, the bbq was filthy and there were cords plugged in all over the house.

Perfect place for our family

We were in town for a youth football tournament and the house was perfect for our family and needs. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I was able to make all our meals, reducing our eating out costs. The lake is absolutely gorgeous and while the weather did not permit any water activities, the kids still had a great time on the grounds. Check in and check out went smoothly and we would love to rebook for our next Washington trip!

The location of the house is great, but it didn’t seem to be totally cleaned before my family and I arrived. I emailed the contact given and never heard back from them about the issues I raised.

Quiet and beautiful view!

The home was lovely, great character and the view was beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and all the household supplies were provided. I had to do just a little bit of light housekeeping but gave grace to Geoff, the property owner, since my idea of clean may be a little different than his idea of clean. Geoff is a great host. We will be staying here again.

We came in for the long weekend to visit our son who is stationed at the army base near by. It was extremely convenient for us. Quite neighborhood. We traveled up to Seattle for some attractions and always had this lovely home to come back to. Beautiful view of the lake. This home offers a lot of extras that some rentals do not. Toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, trash bags, etc… pickle ball court, kayaks, paddle boards, large private dock.

House was filthy. Toilets had dust, hair and yellow scum. Bathtub had used soap, shampoo bottle and dirty brown buildup soap scum. Second bathroom was worse and someone had left the whirlpool motor running without water. There was heavy dust everywhere. Bedrooms beds only had a bottom sheet and comforter. Tables in dining area were dirty and sticky. Refrigerator was dirty. Coffee and coffee goods were left in the coffee pot. Light switch was not screwed into the wall. The floor was dirty with brown spots and sticky areas. The toaster oven was dirty with burnt food. The cupboards were greasy feeling. In the sunroom a window was opened with an electric cord going outside, the remains of a dead mouse and slug slime across the rug. Outside the bbq was filthy, the electric cord was tangled across the walkway. Equipment was strewn around, a bag of garbage was left on the beach and gardening shears were left on a bench. With arriving late and having a group, relocating on a weekend, we decided to stay and use cleaning supplies to clean one bathroom. I would not recommend and feel we should have a refund.
