The Lost Lobster: Lakefront home on Waneta Lake, sleeps 10

Welcome to The Lost Lobster! This laid back lake cottage on Waneta Lake will leave you feeling right at home here in the Finger Lakes.

The cottage is right on the water, allowing you to swim and play in Waneta Lake from the privacy of your own lakefront area. The Lost Lobster has an open floor plan and the rooms are all on one floor, making the living spaces cozy and accessible. There is a large Game Room just inside the cottage entry with a bar top area, refrigerator, pool table, air hockey, and seating spaces to give the room the charm of a bar. There is a set of patio doors in the game room that opens into the outdoor spaces and a small covered patio on the side of the house where you'll find some outdoor seating and the gas grill.



The full kitchen has a large island and opens into the Dining area and Living room, with views of the lake through the large patio doors in the Living area. The main bathroom with a tub/shower is located just off of the Kitchen as well as the laundry room.



From the Kitchen you'll take a step down into the Dining and Living area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located just off of the Dining area and each have a Queen bed. The Primary Bedroom is located off of the Living room and has an attached bath with a walk in shower.



From the Living room you can walk out through the sliding glass patio on to the covered porch and into the spacious yard where you'll find a firepit and a lakeside deck area with an outdoor dining table and outdoor seating. The lakefront is a pebble beach area, with a seasonal dock, and can be accessed by a flight of stairs from the yard area.



Behind the cottage is a detached building with the "bunkhouse" room. This bunkhouse space has 4 Twin beds and is just a few steps from the patio doors in the Game room.



Whether you're a couple looking for a quiet lake getaway weekend, a family wanting to unwind together, or a group of friends wanting to explore the FLX, The Lost Lobster will give you that laid back lake life that the Finger Lakes is so well known for.



**This home has a camera monitoring the parking area

*Air conditioning is provided with wall units in the main living areas and the primary bedroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 do not have AC
*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.



**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the primary renter is over the age of 25.
**No pets or animals allowed at any time. Anyone found to be in violation, will be asked to leave immediately and/or charged an additional fee
**No parties allowed at any time.

**Parking for 4 vehicles only!
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times, no exceptions. Only 10 guests allowed.



**Lake conditions are not guaranteed and are non refundable

**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking

DOCK USEAGE:
This home has a seasonal dock which is not available for use from October to Mid-May. Seasonal docks are made for loading/offloading passengers only and cannot be used to secure watercraft overnight or for any length of time.
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
