"Sunset Celebrations" est une belle maison au bord du lac avec 3+ chambres spacieuses et 2. 5 salles de bains offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac Lamoka depuis la plupart des chambres. Le grand quai et 130 pieds au bord du lac sont idéaux pour la baignade et la navigation de plaisance. Vous apprécierez le plan d'étage ouvert de cette maison de 2000 pieds carrés comprenant une cheminée, un espace dédié pour la salle à manger et la cuisine, un garage 2 voitures attaché et une suite principale avec une grande baignoire et des portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur la terrasse donnant sur le l'eau. Un deuxiÚme salon au niveau supérieur offre une vue du sol au plafond et un walk-out balcon. Pour votre confort, vous aurez accÚs au wi-fi, à la laveuse / sécheuse, au lave-vaisselle et à de nombreux autres équipements. Profitez du soleil du soir depuis cet emplacement de la rive est ou faites une courte promenade au bar / restaurant local.
* Pendant la haute saison (juin-septembre) nous louons uniquement du samedi au samedi.

Great home with fabulous views of Lamoka Lake. Hosts was very accommodating. Great size for my family who all were attending a wedding. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for a long weekend. Thank you and would love to come back and stay again!

Amazing home on the water, plenty of space for multiple couples to feel comfortable, safe street and backyard for dogs to run. Easy ride to wineries, Watkins Glen, and Corning.

Wonderful location on Lamoka Lake. Modern kitchen, excellent master suite, and easy access to the lake (literally about 10 feet to the water). The fenced in yard was great for privacy and allowed our corgi to roam around a bit without us worrying. Amazing sunsets and starry nights and the firepit was an added bonus. We truly enjoyed our time there.

The lake house was very clean and comfortable and met our needs. The lake was steps from the house, and our children and granddaughter had a great time using the kayaks. The area around the house allowed for walks with little traffic. The hosts were very accommodating when we requested an extra fan. The location was near many attractions and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The property was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed fishing , kayaking, swimming and playing lawn games. We BBQ’d and cooked many family meals here. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. One of our favorite things was going outside every night for the amazing sunsets! There are many things to see and do in the area.

Fantastic Views

My whole family spent a long weekend here in the fall and it was fantastic. Great views, nice back deck, clean kitchen and spacious enough for our whole family. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great vacation

The house is better than pictured and very well maintained. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee and dinner on the deck. The sunsets over the lake were great. We used the kayaks provided and explored the lake which is the prefect size and pretty quiet. We will stay there again!

I have stayed at VRBOs overseas and nationally. Sunset Celebrations is the BEST ever. They make sure that check in is easy. The house is immaculate. We have been visiting the Finger Lakes for 25 years. Give this place 5 stars

Great Vacation

We very much enjoyed our time at Lamoka Lake. We'll have some great memories. The sunsets were indeed glorious! The home was clean and well-appointed and the room a/c units came in very handy when temps were high during the first few days.

Peaceful lakefront property with plenty fun things to do

Updated and comfortable house with amazing views of the lake from almost every room, especially the kitchen. Lakefront property for very easy access to lots of lake fun
row boat, kayak, canoe, paddle board, swimming and fishing. Mostly fenced in yard, perfect for pets to enjoy the family fun.

Really Perfect

We took our daughter, son in law and two young grandchildren for a one week stay. The house was much prettier than we expected, yet still a comfortable lake house feel. The bedrooms are very large and the layout allows for two families to have privacy (upstairs has its own porch and sitting area. We rented a boat for the week and had a lovely vacation! Owners very responsive, house well stockedif you forget anything. Peaceful.

Sunset are awesome!

We enjoyed our week here at Lamoka Lake very relaxing! Our grandkids loved fishing and swimming! The kitchen set up was great! The only bad thing that happened is our grandson cut his toe in the lake so make sure you wear shoes or clogs in the lake!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The home was very clean and very comfortable and close to my son who lives in the area. It was really nice that the water depth was shallower closer to the shore so my grandsons were able to stand and play easily. It was a plus to have access to the canoe, kayaks, and paddle board. The home owner was super to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely rent this home again.

Very nice lake house

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have access to a garage for our car as well as assorted water craft and life jackets. The home was clean and well stocked. The view of the lake from both the kitchen and back deck was beautiful and relaxing. The owner was very prompt in all communication. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our morning walks there with our pups. Thank you!

Relaxing lake life

This home was perfect. Beautiful inside, and excellent outside. Nice full length deck for coffee in the am and relaxing with a beverage in the pm. Room for lawn games, and a relaxing eve around the firepit. We did not have time to use the available water equipment, but it was available. Property is close to wineries and restaurants nearby. The Hosts were very accommodating offering late checkout.

Family get away

There were a lot of flies in the house. The Water smelled terrible. all the doors were hard to open and lock. none of the light switches worked but the exterior was nice and that’s more important at the lake

10 things I Loved About Sunset Celebrations

1. Lake Location - right on the lake at lake level (no stairs for my elderly mom or dog) - I wasn’t sure about Lamoka Lake because i hadn’t heard much about it but it was clear water and beautiful! 2. Proximity to Finger Lakes - right in the middle of Hammondsport and Watkins Glen - an easy 15 min drive either way. 3. The Property- fenced in yard for my dog was perfect and provided privacy. 4. The house layout - Separation of bedrooms/bathrooms on 2 levels was great as my husband and I were traveling with my mom. House was great and roomy, and well supplied, plus 2 refrigerators! 5. fishing on the lake - we caught fish right off the dock, it was awesome 6. Boats for use - we went for a nice canoe ride. Didn’t use the row boat, but it was nice to have the option. 7. Fire Pjt - I love S’mores, and sitting by the lake with a bonfire roasting marshmallows was super fun. 8 The owner’s responsiveness- I had lots of questions and the owners got back to me in a timely manner with helpful information. 9. The garage - nice big garage so you don’t have to worry about your car on the street or finding parking - easy to load and unload the car. 10. The area - you are right next to Amish country so produce stands are all along the route to town and you can bring fresh veggies to the house for your meal (that you can cook on your choice of a gas or charcoal grill, or in the nice roomy kitchen). Overall, it was a fabulous experience and I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice rental on a pretty lake

This is a very nice home, very clean, and a great kitchen for cooking. Neighborhood is a little bit of a mixed bag, but the house itself and the lake both make it worth the stay. Owner was great communicating and offering flexibility.

Our week at Lake Lamoka

This property and location lived up to the pictures and then some. It was a beautiful, spacious, functional and very relaxing setting. The lake is lovely, very calm in the morning and evening and not very busy. Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding or row boating were very easy around this scenic lake. I highly recommend this property.
