Relaxing holidays

We had relaxing holidays (2 weeks) in the Villa Amari! The garden with the pool is amazing. We came late on our first day and, despite, we got a very warm welcome with selfmade meal made by the hosts. We also got wine, Raki and fruits. It was a wonderful stay. Fully recommended from booking to leaving.

Amazing villa with great views in a great area

Couldn’t ask for more. A wonderful villa with all the amenities required, great pool and spacious garden. A great location only 20 mins walk from the centre of Bali, a lovely Cretion village. Fay is also a wonderful host who couldn’t do enough for us. We all had an amazing holiday!

Superb views over Bali in a quiet rural location

A lovely villa owned by a lovely couple: clean house, crystal clear good sized pool. The veranda is open on three sides and catches the breeze - a great spot for any meal. The bedrooms are comfortable with air-con, the showers are roomy. Bali is just a mile away, and the main highway is near for convenience but not audible. A car really is essential; parking is off-road but a little tight. All in all a wonderful spot and a great villa.

Amazing property with gorgeous views


The photos don’t do this property justice. It really exceeded our expectations. This was so much more than we expected. The views took our breath away. We weren’t overlooked by anyone other than the mountains and a scenery to adore. Ample outside space with a really beautiful pool and barbecue area though the inside kitchen work area was limited but had all the appliances necessary. Air con in all the bedrooms which was much needed due to the heat. A 5-10 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches in the area, we’d love to go back! The hosts were very attentive and we were greeted with a beautiful spread of local cuisine on arrival which was unexpected. We’d definitely come back again! Erharisto para poli for everything !!

Fantastic Holiday

We spent an amazing 2 weeks at Villa Amari. Everything was even better than we had hoped for. Following a flight delay we arrived late but the the owners waited to greet us on arrival and had even left a home made moussaka and a bottle of wine for our first night. There was loads of space for the four of us both inside and out, and the villa will easily accommodate 6 without being cramped. The pool is a really good size and is spotlessly clean. The village of Bali is an easy 15 minute stroll and has bars, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches - everything you might need. Per other comment about the drive, it is long and quite steep with not very much room to turn around - but we quickly got the hang of reversing out of it so didn't cause us any issues - don't let it put you off! All in all, highly recommended.

Lovely villa/Lovely hosts

We loved our stay here. Beautiful spot and spacious house. Our favourite elements were the outside spaces, brilliant area for our daughter to play, she was out there hours on end. Swimming pool was delightful, as was the view. Comfortable beds and cosy homely feel. We loved waking up to sound of the goat bells each morning. One thing i would note is that if you are in anyway an anxious driver (i am but luckily my partner is not) then the driveway will be a challenge. Super steep and narrow, with a very uneven surface that makes vervesing in and out a challenge. The entrance in to the driveway is tight to so you need to be comfortable with tricky turns. We popped our tire on nearby rocks whilst trying to navigate it one morning. Minor issue made up for by all the other charming elements, including the lovely hosts who were kind and generous, leaving gifts for our daughter, homemade food on arrival and delicious pastries in our final days. A fab space for family gatherings with beautiful views and a really roomy feel.

Wunderbares GrundstĂŒck mit schöner Villa und netten Vermieter

Schönes GrundstĂŒck mit tollem Haus und sehr netten Vermieter. Ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Strand und Einkauf und Restaurants

Ein fantastischer Urlaubsort

Villa Amari ist ein echtes Juwel! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen - u.a. stand ein selbst gemachter Nudelauflauf fĂŒr uns bereit, was klasse war, weil wir so spĂ€t angekommen sind. Der Pool ist sehr sauber - generell haben wir noch nie ein so gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gesehen. Der Ausblick ist toll und der Strand sowie alles was man braucht in 4min Fahrtzeit erreichbar - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Urlaub

Die Villa ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemĂŒtlich. Der Pool hat eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe und ist sehr sauber. Besonders schön ist der Garten um das Haus. Die Vermieter sind ca. zweimal die Woche da, um den Pool zu reinigen und sind sehr freundlich. Alles in allem haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.
