Anchor's Landing - Close to beach and the bay!

Anchor's Landing is located mid-island, close to both the private beach on LGI and a dock slip on the community dock.



Anchor’s Landing is a home that has been thoughtfully designed and planned to offer the ultimate beach house experience, with maximum convenience. Plus, it is only a two- minute walk to the beach! A large, open-air porch is one of the highlights of the home, with outdoor dining, a grill and a ping pong table. Downstairs, an outdoor shower allows you to rinse off and leave the sand outdoors. A front porch offers a comfortable spot to relax and watch the sunset over the nearby beach.



Inside, this home is crisp, clean and designed with every comfort in mind. There is a large eat-in kitchen in addition to the table on the porch for outdoor dining, The kitchen flows into the living area with comfortable seating and lovely views of island foliage. There area three TVs in the home and it features reliable internet via Starlink so everyone can binge their favorite Netflix series OR watch afternoon golf when you have had enough hours at the beach! The home includes access to a community dock, subject to an additional fee and length restrictions. (26 ft.)



The master bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and the third bedroom offers an additional queen bed.



Anchor's Landing is just a short stroll to the beautiful private beach on LGI....offering shells and shark's teeth for the collector, stunning sunsets, shorebirds and friendly dolphins and manatees who share the warm waters of the Gulf.



The owners provide beach chairs and an umbrella in addition to the outdoor ping pong table! And, they are pet friendly, with weight restrictions. If you’d like to rent a golf cart, just ask. We might be able to procure one, subject to availability.



The Space:

WiFi - included, provided by Starlink.



Pet Policy - pet-friendly, but only small dogs please…..30 lbs. or less.



Cleaning Fee - minimum $300 cleaning fee



Vacation Rental Damage Protection - $59 fee for “all risk” damage protection through Waivo



Minimum Renter Age - 25



Easement Dock - dock 38 -first come first serve, no boats greater than 26 feet (boat + motor), requires additional $100 dock fee



Complimentary Concierge- will meet you at the dock with a golf cart to assist with transporting your luggage and groceries to the home



Grill Type - gas



Coffee Maker- drip (filters provided)



Parking - $8/night ($10/night if you have a boat trailer) at Eldred's Marina where you meet the boat taxi



Holiday surcharges- applied for reservations for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Years timeframes. PLEASE NOTE THAT MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAYS MAY BE INCREASED FOR THESE DATES AS WELL.
