Don't miss this charming, upscale, renovated beach condo located just steps from the Gulf of America’s pristine white sand! Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, this property offers a modern, spacious kitchen that is well-stocked for all your cooking needs. The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, featuring multiple patio doors that create the perfect space for relaxation.

The main suite boasts a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, and a 43-inch TV. Its two en-suite bathrooms share a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers flexibility with twin beds that can easily convert into a king bed, along with ample closet space for guests. The third bedroom includes a twin bed and a peek-a-boo Gulf view. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room sofa conveniently pulls out into a queen bed.

This peaceful retreat embodies old Florida charm at its finest. Enjoy direct access to your private Gulf beach or take a short walk to relax poolside overlooking the bay. Lounge by the water with your favorite drink or prepare a delicious meal using the BBQ grills. For fishing enthusiasts, the boat dock features a fish cleaning station, allowing you to clean and cook your fresh catch. End your day by watching the breathtaking sunset with your favorite beverage, joining the Sunburst community in hopes of spotting the elusive green flash!

This condo is ideally located near the pool and bayside boat dock, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The dock accommodates boats up to 26 feet, as well as jet skis, kayaks, and paddleboards. Water, electricity, and a fish cleaning station are provided at the dock. Trailer parking must be arranged offsite, but there are several public boat launches and storage facilities nearby. Parking is limited to one spot per unit, with additional guest options available. For added fun, two horseshoe pits are also available for use.

Other Notes:
Kayaks (2) and bikes (2) are available for use at your own risk. There is also a community laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers. These are credit card operated. Please note that our community is in the process of rebuilding following two major hurricanes. You may encounter some construction during your stay as we work to restore our facilities and return to normal.

The property listing is misleading, would be ok for 4 people, not 6. It is not 2 bathrooms; it’s more like one and a half, since there is only 1 shower. There are 2 sinks, 2 toilets, and 1 shower. To get to the shower you must go through either bedroom and then the toilet room of either bedroom. This means if you are stay in "bedroom" 3 you must go through bedroom 1or 2 to use a toilet or the shower. The plus is that the shower is huge! "Bedroom" three doesn’t have a door or a closet. There is no deck, wooden walkway or chairs/umbrellas at the beach as noted in the pictures.The balconies are unusable, as they aren’t big enough to stand on and shut the door. The laundry is across the parking lot and is coin operated. They have a decent sized, cluttered closet outside with the beach chairs, umbrellas etc. to use.

Perfect location

I think it was more like 40 steps to the beach. No need dragging a bunch of stuff to the beach, because it was so close. Interesting Jack and Jill style bathroom, but everything worked great and the unit was clean and had lots of extra amenities.

It was very cute, but there was a shared shower that connected that bathrooms that was weird and unexpected. We couldn’t find the paddles to the kayak until we discovered them (too late) behind the doors in the bedroom closet and it smelled like fish the entire time. It waxed and waned in severity, but even the bedding smelled fishy.

Perfect setting!

Check In was a breeze, I may have missed it in the listing but there is a locker on the ground level that has chairs and other beach items available which made it super convenient, the only thing I will say is it’s on second floor it wasn’t an issue for us but the condos on the beach side all have stairs if have someone handicap that may be an issue and I could have missed that in the listing but all in all it was great!!!! Thanks again for the great hospitality

What an excellent property! Sooo close to the beach! It’s also a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. The host and manager of this property is spectacular as well! They went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever! Thanks so much!

Nice property

Just steps to the beach which was amazing! The condo was clean, amenities very nice like chairs and access to the pool. But there is only 1 shower which is not explained in the listing. And the bathrooms are connected by the 1 shower so no privacy at all when using either bathroom as they are open to the shower/other bathroom. Also the only way to access them is through a bedroom. That part should have been better explained in the listing, especially when you have a family coming back from the beach all wanting to shower and there is only 1. We made the best of it, and did enjoy the trip.

Not at all accurate to the listing!! Beware!! Owners - no help VRBO - no help Very disappointed. 2bedroom / 1small bedroom / 1shared shower between 2bedrooms No landscaping, no pool, no dock, no boardwalk, siding missing on buildings. Really not at all accurate to the listing.
